Born and raised in the United States, Alice Hayley Walsh has worked as a freelance writer and journalist for a number of local and national media outlets in her early twenties. She moved to Edinburgh in the fall of 2013, where she began work on her debut novel A Poker Game of Love while pursuing a degree in Journalism at the Edinburgh University.
