I catch up on books I've been wanting to read (my to-read list here is a mile long), and I go back through some of my old work. Reviewing pieces that I had previously discarded helps get my creative juices flowing. (less)

I have romance, post-apocalyptic, paranormal, thriller, horror, and a love story coming soon.

Resistant is new, so I can't say yet how popular it is, but judging by my fans the order goes as such: Shifter, Alone, HIM, with Resistant slowly passing HIM.

If you like romances, I say go with Shifter first since the next two books will be coming out next year and it is on audio--just one credit if you have a subscription to Audible (Do you like what I did there?:) :) ). Although, I would say Resistant would appeal to male readers more than anything else I've written, with Alone as a close second, but I'm not sure I'll be writing a sequel to Resistant, and if I do, when I'll write it.

After those, I'd say Alone. The audio should be out next year and the next two books in that series should be out in 2017. Fans love it and there is more to come.

HIM is my favorite, but the subject matter is intense, so it isn't a fan favorite by any means.

I have two free short stories you can get from Smashwords and NOOK, to give you a taste of my writing style, but like HIM they aren't fan favorites.

I hope this helps. :)

Description: Before the outbreak, Sahara was an overweight high school teacher living alone in a small Alabama town. She saw her life as nothing more than endless days of teaching children Shakespeare and nights reading paranormal romances. She was happy with her life, as quiet and mundane as it was. There were warning signs. The world knew something was coming, they just didn’t know when or how devastating it would be. Sahara reluctantly heeded these signs, believed what they foretold, but she wasn’t ready for how quickly it happened or how drastically it changed her life. Jerked away by a blood-curdling scream, Sahara woke to find herself in the middle of the apocalypse. For a long time she hid, she rationed, she tried to maintain her sanity, never venturing out into the world of the walking dead, then one day a group of survivors barged into her life and changed it once again. They dragged her into their new world and taught her to fight, to lead, and one of them may even teach her to love. Will Sahara help those who left find safety and stability in a world full of nightmares? Will Sahara chance opening her heart to someone, knowing that they may not live through the next second let alone the next year? Join Sahara and her people in this fight against creatures set out to devour them and the unknown threat that is controlling them to find out.
