Reinhard Gobrecht, geb. 1950, ist Mathematiker und Philosoph. Er studierte Mathematik und Philosophie. Das Studium der Mathematik erfolgte mit den Schwerpunkten mathematische Logik, Algebra und Arithmetik. Das Studium der Philosophie erfolgte mit den Schwerpunkten Metaphysik, Logik und Erkenntnistheorie. Zu den mathematischen Erfahrungen des Autors zählen Problemlösestrategien und deren Anwendungen in der Softwareentwicklung. Philosophische Arbeitsschwerpunkte des Autors sind sowohl logische als auch ontologische Grundlagen. Der Autor hat bereits mehrere Bücher im Bereich philosophischer Grundlagen veröffentlicht.
