“Love from novels isn't true love: it ends where it should begin. True love, deep love, grows up with time, throughout days of dullness and days of storms. It leaves in one's heart a rainbow of tenderness and forgiveness which illuminates forever the beloved one.”

Hi, Mackey,
I'm sorry, I just read your message now. I still don't totally understand how Goodreads works!
But fortunately, you already know that I liked your review about Mistress Mine.
What maybe you don't know is that the second and last part of the Louise Saint-Quentin series, Where are you roaming? is now available!
Have a nice day,
Gabrielle

Im interested in Goodreads for few months only, but what months! With the books clubs Aussie Readers, Historical Fictionistas, Victorians and Catching up on Classics, and with independent readers, I participated in very interesting readings and discussions. For this, I thank you very much and also for accepting to read my comments in my personal and whimsical English! :)
I took so much pleasure here, that I intend to have a marvellous 2018 year with you all on Goodreads, spending in readings, comments and sharings.
Have a beautiful Christmas,
Gabrielle Dubois.

Yes, great pianist indeed!
I subscribed for years to the Chamber Orchestra of Toulouse, France, where I live. Every month, I don't miss the concert. There are usually about ten violins, bass, etc ... but sometimes there are guests, pianists, harpsichordists, viola da gamba. It is in an old church, we always spend a wonderful evening!
We really disconnect from our lives, it feels good.
Are you a professional musician?

My pleasure, Carolyn, I enjoy chatting on the Aussie Readers group!

Best wishes from Maj..."

I thank you for answered yes, Mackey! Well... I guess Mackey is your first name? I'm not used to American names, sorry! You say in your bio that you like music. What kind, if I may ask?
