Pride and Prejudice & The Secret Garden -UNFOLDED

Here are the cover illustrations for 2 new books, available on March 5th from Frances Lincoln's "CLASSICS UNFOLDED" series.   The series showcases classic titles that fold-out (accordion style) in 16 illustrated panels. Each panel shows a selected passage -almost like spark notes for the art-lover.  This was especially exciting to work on because I had a chance to work on two of my favorite books -Pride & Prejudice and The Secret Garden.

Here are the last 2 paintings for The Enormous Tiny Art Show #17 at Nachotta Gallery in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.  All works will be available for sale online starting next week or so. The show opens on February 6.  I'll be there with my bff- Yelena Bryksenkova.

It's so cool to see one of my paintings used in a way I never anticipated when I created it.  Peter Pauper Press has turned my constellation map into a beautiful compact journal, featuring an embossed cover with silver foiling and rounded edges.   These will not be sold in my Etsy shop, but you can get yours here or wherever Peter Pauper Press products are sold (let's hope from your local bookstore).
