Bestselling author Vicki Lesage proves daily that raising two French kids isn't as easy as the hype lets on. In her spare time, she writes, sips bubbly, and prepares for the impending zombie apocalypse. She just moved back to the US after living in Paris for 11 years, with her French husband, rambunctious son, and charming daughter in tow, all of whom mercifully don't laugh when she says "au revoir." She penned the Paris Confessions series in between diaper changes and wine refills. She writes about the ups and downs of her life at VickiLesage.com. ...more

I'm so glad you liked Petite Confessions enough to read another of my books! I would recommend this order: Confessions of a Paris Party Girl, Confessions of a Paris Potty Trainer, then Christmas Confessions & Cocktails when it gets closer to the holidays. And you can read Confessions & Cocktails anytime, and you can get it for free by joining my mailing list: http://bit.ly/lesage-news. Happy reading!(less)

Sometimes if I sit down to write something specific, like Chapter 8: Idiots on the Metro or a guest post for a certain site, I can get blocked. In that case I either a) start writing whatever comes to mind and plan to just clean it up later or b) write what I feel like writing and hope it ends up being useful (like a blog post or content for a future book). Then once the creative juices are flowing, I find I can do better at the original task!(less)
