About this author by the author— I am lucky to live within the rugged, majestic mountains of the San Luis Valley of Southern Colorado along with the tumbleweeds, pinyon, and pronghorn. It was these hauntings that nurtured my passion for monsters, aliens, ghosts, the supernatural, and all things that go-bump-in-the-night-for-no-reason.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Education with concentrations in Journalism and English from the University of Texas in

Don't listen to your family or friends who tell you to go get a real job first. Don't depend on others for their approval, support, or encouragement because—truthfully—you probably won't get it. It all falls on you. So Cowboy up. No one can follow your dreams but you. No one can get it done but you. And truthfully, no one cares but you. (less)

Holly and Hodges from Stephen King's "Mr. Mercedes" trilogy. They are not necessarily romantically inclined, but they make a nice duo.

As far as romance? Bella and Jacob from "Twilight. " I know, so over it. But they always come to mind when I think of romantic entanglements.

I'll keep thinking and reading though. And will keep you posted. Thank you for the question. (less)

Part 6: Ancient Astronauts and Religion — How Human Are the Gods?

Returning to our research on Ancient Astronauts and their appearance in world religions including Christianity, I find Aristotle’s quote on gods enlightening.  Greek philosopher and scientist, Aristotle, is credited as being “the first genuine scientist in history… and every scientist is in his debt” says the Encyclopædia Britannica. Aristotle was born in 384 BC and died in 322 BC. “—And I won't deny your neighbors will take you more seriously if you tell them you've written a novel. (Of course if that's the main concern, just go and tell them. You don't have to write anything. Just lie a little. Don't worry—they won't beg to read the manuscript.)”
