Samantha grew up in a small town in Iowa but became an expat for her Canadian husband, whom she met in the Massive Multi-player Online Role-Playing Game Star Wars: Galaxies (before the NGE, of course). She’s the mother of a preschooler and twin toddlers—a houseful of girls will definitely keep her husband on his toes.

Samantha’s short fiction has appeared in Amazing Stories, Flash Fiction Online, AE, and elsewhere. She has three novels out about angels and dem

I loved that show growing up, and I hate every episode that doesn't have Mulder in it. (OK, this is mostly about Mulder--let's just be honest.)

My favorite book couple would be Nora and Soren from The Siren by Tiffany Reisz. Their love is so forbidden... and raunchy, haha... I just love just about everything she writes about them, but the first book is by far the best of all of them. If you want to get into erotic romance, that's the place to start.(less)

And it did not disappoint.

I've been "trying" to develop my psychic senses for a while now, but I put

William Shakespeare
“Demetrius: Villain, what hast thou done?
Aaron: That which thou canst not undo.
Chiron: Thou hast undone our mother.
Aaron: Villain, I have done thy mother.”
William Shakespeare, Titus Andronicus

William Shakespeare
“LUCIUS. Art thou not sorry for these heinous deeds?

AARON. Ay, that I had not done a thousand more.
Even now I curse the day- and yet, I think,
Few come within the compass of my curse-
Wherein I did not some notorious ill;
As kill a man, or else devise his death;
Ravish a maid, or plot the way to do it;
Accuse some innocent, and forswear myself;
Set deadly enmity between two friends;
Make poor men's cattle break their necks;
Set fire on barns and hay-stacks in the night,
And bid the owners quench them with their tears.
Oft have I digg'd up dead men from their graves,
And set them upright at their dear friends' door
Even when their sorrows almost was forgot,
And on their skins, as on the bark of trees,
Have with my knife carved in Roman letters
'Let not your sorrow die, though I am dead.'
Tut, I have done a thousand dreadful things
As willingly as one would kill a fly;
And nothing grieves me heartily indeed
But that I cannot do ten thousand more.”
William Shakespeare, Titus Andronicus

Neal Stephenson
“Until a man is twenty-five, he still thinks, every so often, that under the right circumstances he could be the baddest motherfucker in the world. If I moved to a martial-arts monastery in China and studied real hard for ten years. If my family was wiped out by Colombian drug dealers and I swore myself to revenge. If I got a fatal disease, had one year to live, and devoted it to wiping out street crime. If I just dropped out and devoted my life to being bad.”
Neal Stephenson
