I’ve been an artist, a web designer, and a really unreliable cook. I love to write wicked hot erotic romance with fiercely passionate, alpha characters, and love tatts, film and fast cars. And judging by that last trio, I'm also extremely shallow!

I am a huge fan of authors who write those magic books you just can't put down, brilliant comedians (hello Eddie Izzard and Russell Brand!) and spoilers. Spoiler alert, bah humbug!

I love to hear from readers and can be reached via my blog, Facebook page or Twitter.

I always found the history and art of ancient Egypt and other civilizations intriguing, so it was a natural choice of vocation for Benedict, the lucky guy (I would love to have gone on a dig).

As for the (late) Victorian period, it’s one of my total favorites for a ton of reasons (incredible clothes, wild literature, better plumbing, cool art, serious stuff like that :)

It was also when the modern approach to archaeology really began. Since Ben’s obsessions as an Egyptologist were academic, not guts, glory and tomb raiding, it was the right time frame and so it really fitted well.(less)

Hi Sammyd,
His was originally published as the 3 novellas (0.1 – 0.3 in the Hellfire series). They were combined and rewritten, with additional material, to become His (Hellfire Vampires Bloodline 1) which is a standalone novel, so there is no need to read them before book 1 or 2 as they contain no extra background, His contains them all. His Sweet Prince is the second standalone novel in the series after His. I hope that helps :) Jae

Quick update: a cover change for His.

+ a great cover of a song I was never wild about, but this is amazing. I love Draiman's voice.

I looked for an official video & there doesn't seem to be one, so here you go:
