Amber V. Dalcourt is an author of non-romantic dark fantasy with Lovecraftian undertones. She is the author of the AWAKENING FRACTURED MEMORIES SERIES and is currently working on AWAKENING: PRODIGY. She has recently released AWAKENING FRACTURED MEMORIES VOLUME 1.

Amber was convinced that her childhood home was haunted. Distorted visages made their presence known to those who dared stare into the hallway. In the basement, the voice of an elderly man sowed confusion and discord. These experiences and more left a lasting impression and affected how she crafts the unsettling elements of her stories.
Drawing on her occult heritage to combat her fears, it was only natural that she'd fall in love with fantasy stories that focused on magic and all-p

I use black magic to suggest that William is transforming himself into a flea, bat, and finally his ultimate transformation a demon.

I've always considered the idea of transformation as being physical and psychological; as such as William embraces his dark side he can spiritually tap into more dangerous transformations.

Of course that's the assumption I want readers to make. What's actually happening is William is basically possessing a creature and believing that he transformed into it. In his final transformation we are left wondering who is really in control: the beast or the boy.(less)

I can work out my frustrations and ideas on paper so that I can teach myself how to be a better person. No one needs to know what I really think of something or someone, and I can just hit delete and no one is aware of how many layers that concept actually had. (less)

Accountability

I try to keep myself accountable for my progress. I have a couple of reasons for this. The first is independence and self reliance. The second is that I don't want to share the credit of my achievements with someone else. Call me selfish if you like.

Despite that desire, I know that I have a long way to go before achieving that selfish goal.

Honestly, I have this terrible habit of putting persona

A.V. Dalcourt is on page 325 of 670 of Complete Canadian Small Business Guide: Second shot at this business bible, this time out of necessity. So fart there are bits like in the personnel and technology section that feel archaic. The personnel section is rage inducing as the small business owner is never once asked to consider their contribution to the problem - it's always the employees fault. Also the emphasis on personality instead of skill is disgusting.
