My fiction and non-fiction work has appeared in The Nashwaak Review, Humpty Dumpty’s Magazine, The Shore Magazine, the Meadowbrook Press anthology The Breastfeeding Diaries and the Adams Media anthologies Horse Crazy and Horse Healers.

My first novel, Turn Us Again, won the Atlantic Book Award for First Novel, the H.R. Percy Novel Prize, and the Beacon Award for Social Justice. My second novel, A Hero, was published in May 2015.
