New Cover Art for Redshift Rendezvous

Here's more artwork for a planned book cover update. This one is "Cradle World" by Julian Aguilar Faylona, for use with REDSHIFT RENDEZVOUS.

Julian Aguilar Faylona is a Digital Artist and Graphic Designer. After graduating from his Mass Communication studies, he started his career as a feature writer and photographer for a local Civil Service magazine. He found his interest in the creative industry later in his career, which started as a hobby before he embarked on a journey as a freelancer. His works consist mainly of digital artworks ranging from illustrations and concepts, as well as graphic design, mainly focusing on promotional materials and apparels, as well as logos and icons. His site is here.

While the artwork doesn’t literally depict a scene from the novel, it does fit the tone and milieu of REDSHIFT RENDEZVOUS and I think it will make a great cover.

First Reader opportunity

I've completed a new science fiction novella, this one a young adult mix of SF, humor, and adventure.

If you have the interest and the time during the coming week or two, would you let me know in email? This page gives all the pertinent info and how to contact me: http://www.neverend.com/first-readers

I do have a list of first readers that I solicited for a recent mystery novel (that novel has gone through more drafts and is currently waiting on a reaction from an agent I'd like to be with) and I will ask the people on that list if need be, but I thought as a first choice I'd see who had the time right now.

The picture below is a quick Photoshop effort to show a scene from the story.

"Simon Sidekick" is a YA coming-of-age story about a boy living in a lunar colony and who gets an AI companion. The artwork for the Dragon publication was done by Jerry Eaton.
