Y'know, I never envisioned Malice as a series until the very end. I realized I was sort of sad to see these characters go. I then realized there was at least one more story to tell about Jet and Patricia. So I can't promise a series, but there is at least one sequel percolating in the back of my mind while I finish up some other ongoing projects.

Thank you so much for asking.(less)

i've known men like this... i admire men like this... men who don't have to brag, or put anyone else off to prove himself... completely self-confident and self-contained.
The Once and Future King by T.H. White
“You could talk to him about os and argos, suet and grease, croteys, fewmets and fiants, but he only looked polite. He knew that you were showing off your knowledge of these words, which were to him a business. You could talk about a mighty boar which had nearly slashed you last winter, but he only stared at you with his distant eyes. He had been slashed sixteen times by mighty boars, and his legs had white weals of shiny flesh that stretched right up to his ribs. While you talked, he got on with whatever part of his profession he had in hand.”

Kevin Tracy is starting The Silmarillion: Long, complex, with too many characters to follow, too many threads to follow, and very episodic with lots of short passages or mini legends and only one section that could be called a narrative thread, still, as a fan of Lord of The Rings and The Hobbit, I can't seem to put this book down. I feel transported into another world in a way few other epic fantasies have been able to do.

The death of Dracula.
Dracula by Bram Stoker
“But, on the instant, came the sweep and flash of Jonathan’s great knife. I shrieked as I saw it shear through the throat. Whilst at the same moment Mr. Morris’s bowie knife plunged into the heart. It was like a miracle, but before our very eyes, and almost in the drawing of a breath, the whole body crumbled into dust and passed from our sight.”
