Author Anthony Avina has been an indie author for the past eight years, and is quickly approaching his ninth year. An avid fan of the horror genre and hungry to showcase the true nature of society, Mr. Avina has always written tales that not only entertain and scare, but also bring out true and heartfelt emotion. His characters are truly unique and showcase that no one is ever what they seem, whether they be good or bad, and you can never assume anything, because sometimes evil wears a beautiful and trustworthy face. Anthony Avina lives in Southern California at the age of 28, and works as an indie author, journalist, and internet personality.

Anthony Hey there everyone, this is author Anthony Avina. I've finally joined this wonderful site and wanted to introduce myself. I'm an indie writer as of now, publishing ebooks through Amazon Kindle and physical paperback books through Createspace and Amazon. I specialize in the horror genre, but love reading and writing in various others. I'm a hopeless romantic, and a big fan of incorporating that into my books. I love to write because I love reading. I'm a huge Stephen King and Dean Koontz fan, but also love the classics, like Mary Shelley, Bram Stoker, F. Scott Fitzgerald, and even Shakespeare. I also like George R.R. Martin, Tami Hoag, Richard Castle, (both the show version and whoever writes his books), and various other authors. My goal is not simply to promote myself, but to connect with readers, writers, and everyone in between, to talk about anything and everything, in hopes of building a community, as well as some friendships. Thanks guys, and I look forward to meeting you all!
