Order Tramadol online USA website

Good way to buy Tramadol online is by checking safe website

Doubling up on acetaminophen can injury the liver and may be fatal. Drugs, substances, and sure chemicals used to make drugs are classified into 5 distinct categories or schedules depending upon the drug’s acceptable medical use and the drug’s abuse or dependency potential. The abuse fee is a determinate factor within the scheduling of the drug; for example, Schedule I medicine have a high potential for abuse and the potential to create severe psychological and/or physical dependence. As the drug schedule changes– Schedule II, Schedule III, etc., so does the abuse potential– Schedule V medication represents the least potential for abuse. A Listing of drugs and their schedule are positioned at Controlled Substance Act Scheduling or CSA Scheduling by Alphabetical Order. These lists describes the fundamental or parent chemical and do not necessarily describe the salts, isomers and salts of isomers, esters, ethers and derivatives which can even be classified as managed substances.

Tramadol is sometimes used off-label as a therapy for untimely ejaculation, but the danger of dependancy means it isn’t a long-term therapy option. It works equally tomorphine, however ConZip is about one-tenth as potent. Verywell Health’s content material is for informational and educational purposes only. Our web site just isn’t meant to be an alternative choice to professional medical recommendation, analysis, or treatment. Some individuals choose to work one-on-one with a drug counselor or psychiatrist who can prescribe medication. All of these methods have been shown to encourage long-term sobriety.

And should you cease taking tramadol suddenly you might endure from withdrawal reactions. These embrace agitation, anxiety, nervousness, panic attacks, issue sleeping, shaking, over-activity, pins and needles or ringing within the ears. Your therapy plan could embody details of how and when you will cease taking tramadol online. For this cause, your dose will be reviewed to be sure to are solely taking the amount you need to management your pain. You will really feel much less ache 30 to 60 minutes after taking fast-acting tramadol.

Your Holiday Gift Guide for Less Stress, More Sleep and Better Mindset

self-care holiday gift guide

We hope you love the products we recommend! Just so you know, Lisa Buyer and/or The Buyer Group may collect a share of sales from the links on this page.2020 made self-care a necessity. In honor of taking charge of your true self, here is a holiday gift guide based on a few of my favorite things while in work from home mode. Work from home. Eat from home. Drink from home.

This year, the holidays will be different.

Obviously.

Aren’t you sick of hearing that by now?

Of course, most holiday parties will be virtual and your family and loved ones might not be able to be all gathered for a toasty cheer or the home for the holiday’s eye roll.

But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t spoil those around you and most importantly, yourself. From productivity tools for the entrepreneur in your life to wellness products for the colleague who needs a break from Zoom fatigue, I’ve got you covered!

Office/ProductivityMy back-saving office chair puts posture first

perfect gift for people who work at home - All33 chair

I never realized how unhealthy my West Elm office chair really was until I made the switch to ALL33 Backstrong.

It’s not because Justin Beiber or Cindy Crawford love it. The ALL33 BackStrong aligns all 33 of your vertebrae to create proper posture and relieve pain while you sit. If you have to sit, why not do it in a chair that will help you sit better, move better, stand better, and feel better? Use my special code [DigitalDetoxSecret] for an extra $50 off the chair (and the proper posture) you deserve!

While a lot of people are still working remotely, most of us haven’t upgraded our home to office standards. And, unfortunately, our posture is suffering from it. The chairs from All33 not only help people sit better, but they also help them live better. This is the perfect gift for the sit-aholic in your life!

Designed by Dr. Dennis Colonello, the trusted chiropractor for Shaq, Tom Hanks, Justin Bieber, and many others. He created the ALL33 BackStrong chair because he was tired of seeing patients return time after time with back problems caused by SITTING he ALL33

Backstrong starts at $799. Use my special code [DigitalDetoxSecret] for an extra $50 off.

A book and a podcast to detox your day

The gift of digital detox with the digital detox secrets podcast and book

Disadvantages of social networks:

1. Spending a lot of time. For someone social. networks are a great chance to “kill” time, but for some – it’s just wasted hours. After all, this time can be spent with much greater benefit of social medias: meeting friends, preparing a delicious dinner, or engaging in self-education.

2. Detachment from the real world. In social networks, we position ourselves somewhat differently than in life. Based on modern research in the field of Internet communication, we can say that 70% of active visitors to social networks embellish their lives. In addition, the ability to change reality and appear rich and successful on the social network also attracts many. As a result, there is a risk of getting so used to the created virtual image that, so to speak, it is not always possible to return to earth in time.

3. Degradation of personality. If you pay attention to the speech of overly active users of social networks, you will notice the meaninglessness of most of their conversations and the presence of words incomprehensible to ordinary people, such as “like”, “use”, “lol”, etc.

Could we get more wired than 2020? Unplugging seemed like not an option but there is hope. I curated the best tips from some of the most famous digital detox experts and rising stars on the planet.

8 Instagram Growth Tips In Uncertain Times and Beyond by Hugh Rees

10 Instagram Highlights Every Brand Must Know to Grow10 Instagram Highlights Every Brand Must Know to Grow

Reinvention is the key to brand survival, even on Instagram during Covid-19.  The beauty of the Facebook-owned social network boosting more than 1 Billion users is it’s all about being real, raw, and in the moment. This includes reinventing and optimizing your Instagram strategy for best reach, exposure, and public relations results even during times of uncertainty like COVID-19.

Sending the right message has never been more important as brands adjust social media feeds to the reality of worldwide quarantine.

No glamour travel shots, no happy hours in crowded bars, no behind the scenes at trade shows, and no crowds. Today’s Instagram feed includes social distancing as an underlying message.

We caught up with best selling author, entrepreneur, and Instagram Growth Expert Hugh Rees to get his take on Instagram for business.

Just this year, the social media photo app introduced an entirely new algorithm and stopped showing the number of likes on a post. If you haven’t already, now is the time to get your business started or restarted on Instagram.

We caught up with Instagram expert and best selling author Hugh Rees to find out the latest on how to filter through Instagram during uncertain times and beyond.

Here are some tips for utilizing and growing your brand’s account to reach some of their one billion monthly users, with a few suggested adjustments and pivots.

1. Build your brand

Like any other social media you’re using for PR, your Instagram profile is a direct reflection of your brand. The color palette, imagery, captions, and fonts have to be carefully selected when setting up your account. Every single one of these things should be intentional. Each element should serve a purpose and contribute to your overall brand personality. Remember, some people will find out about your business on Instagram. You want them to instantaneously know what you’re about, and you want your profile to make them like you.

COVID-19 Instagram Tip: Stay on brand with colors, content and voice. Check past posts and delete or archive anything possibly offensive in today’s situation. Update any posts with current info if they are promoting canceled events.

2. Research and Strategy

Before starting to grow your Instagram you should set your PR goals for the platform and build a solid strategy to achieve them. The most important part of any strategy is figuring out who you’re targeting. Start by building your customer persona(s) and then start strategizing. All of the next steps will have to be done with this audience in mind. You will need to put out content in a way that best appeals to the audience you want exposure from.

COVID-19 Instagram Tip: Be mindful, sensitive, and helpful in your Instagram feed strategy. How can your brand help your audience during uncertain and stressful times?

3. Algorithm

Instagram’s algorithm recently changed. Users are now showed content that’s most relevant to them rather than posts that were posted most recently. The algorithm works like this:

You post the content.Instagram shows it to a small number of people in the first hour.It uses that data to compare to what you’ve previously posted on that day and at that time. The better your post does within the first hour, the higher in the feed it will appear. They then predict the likelihood of users engaging with your posts in comparison to other accounts they follow.

In order for your brand to get as much exposure as possible, you should be working with the algorithm. Read our next tips to make sure your post does well in its first hour and stays high in your followers’ feed.

COVID-19 Instagram Tip: This is not a time to stop posting, it’s a time when more people are stuck at home and thumbing through their feeds.

4. Content

The actual content you’re posting is what matters most on Instagram. It’s the end product of your social PR strategy, it’s what will engage followers and bring new followers in. Keep in mind that one factor affecting how your post performs is ‘time spent on post.’ Consequently, longer captions tend to do better. That being said, Instagram is really a human to human communication tool, so make sure to be authentic in order to build stronger connections with your audience.

What’s more, the overall aesthetic of your profile is the first thing your audience will see. The colors, layout, and general tone of your profile all contribute to this. Think about your brand personality and let that guide you when choosing what to post.

Instagram Tips During Covid-19: Look at sharing helpful and inspiring user-generated content from trusted sources resonating with your audience.

5. Community

PR is about building a community surrounding your brand and it’s what you should be doing on Instagram as well. Interacting with people who engage with your posts, replying to comments and messages, and using hashtags are all steps towards a strong Instagram community. Every interaction is an opportunity to build connections and therefore, grow your brand. The more engaged you are, the more people will engage with you, the more exposure you will get. That’s because Instagram’s algorithm prioritizes posts with high engagement.

Another popular way to put out content and build connections is by using Instagram stories. Instagram has added an array of story features to attract more engagement to your page. They also foster more awareness of your brand within your followers. For maximized engagement, your story should be posted regularly and be educational, helpful and even entertaining.

COVID-19 Instagram Tip: Have your team do daily Instagram takeovers while working from home and share behind the scenes of what home office life looks like from their perspective.

6. Hashtags

One of the best ways for your brand to get exposure on Instagram is hashtags. You should use hashtags as a way to categorize content so that Instagram knows who to show it to. Hashtags will also attract people searching for things similar to what your promoting. They’re great tools for low effort PR exposure! However, not all hashtags are good hashtags. Things you shouldn’t do are:

Using hashtags that are overly-used, hence too competitive.Picking irrelevant hashtags.Using repetitive hashtags.

Using the right hashtags can increase engagement and attract the right followers. You should be aiming at using all 30 hashtags allowed by the app. Splitting them up into three categories is also recommended: easy to rank on, possible to rank on, and hard to rank on.

COVID-19 Instagram Tips: Don’t abuse hashtags meant for serious content regarding a crisis such as #COVID19 unless it is newsworthy content. Selling using inappropriate hashtags will get you banned from Instagram and send negative messages to your audience.

7. Shopping

Another way to get exposure if you’re selling a product is Instagram’s shopping tool. Because 70% of shopping enthusiasts rely on Instagram for product discovery, it serves as a built-in search engine. Simply set up a product catalog, link it to your account, and tag the products in your feed photos. If your strategy and content are good, your PR strategy will not only lead to brand awareness but will result in increased direct sales from Instagram!

8. Growth Hacks

Some lesser-known tips to boost your engagement, exposure, and increase followers include:

Brand collaborations – make sure the partners you collaborate with align with your brand identity.Paid traffic – this is the best way to get followers fast.Giveaways and promos – run exclusive offers on your account to keep people coming back.Engagement pods – join a group of people that align with your niche and engage with each other in order to hack the algorithm.

Instagram is in constant evolution and we are expecting more changes to come, including more AR, more story features, and chatbots! We know it seems like a lot, but don’t feel overwhelmed. Just start with small steps: a successful Instagram strategy that will get your brand maximum exposure won’t happen overnight.

You post the content.
Instagram shows it to a small number of people in the first hour.
It uses that data to compare to what you’ve previously posted on that day and at that time.

Using hashtags that are overly-used, hence too competitive.
Picking irrelevant hashtags.
Using repetitive hashtags.

Brand collaborations – make sure the partners you collaborate with align with your brand identity.
Paid traffic – this is the best way to get followers fast.
Giveaways and promos – run exclusive offers on your account to keep people coming back.
Engagement pods – join a group of people that align with your niche and engage with each other in order to hack the algorithm.

7 #SocialPR Tools for Repurposing Content & Boosting Your Reach with Video

Repurposing content

A great deal of time and resources can go into creating content for your blog, YouTube channel, email marketing, social channels and more. Today, the average organization spends 27% of its total marketing budget on content marketing and of that, 59% is allocated to content creation and distribution.

Once you’ve made that massive investment in a piece of content, do you simply toss it into the ether and cross your fingers? I hope not! Making the most of your content creation efforts means planning to extend the life of each piece. One of the most effective ways you can do that is by strategically repurposing your content.

Video Marketing Pro Shaina Weisinger Shares Her Top Tools for Content Repurposing

When I heard Shaina Weisinger’s episode of one of my favorite podcasts, Hustle & Flowchart, I knew there was huge value in it for my #socialPRchat readers. Content repurposing should be an integral part of your content marketing strategy—from the earliest days of campaign planning for clients of The Buyer Group, we’re considering how to promote and then repurpose each piece of content.

Creating and promoting that repurposed content is where many marketers fall down, though.

It’s not enough to just republish on another platform. The best examples of repurposed content deliver the same core message but in a unique and compelling way that inspires customers on another channel to take action. And with the right tools at your disposal, converting written content to video can be easy, affordable, and even fun.

Here are Shaina’s 12 tool recommendations to put in your content marketing arsenal for repurposing content to video.

Tools for creating great video

Video isn’t a fad or trend—it’s a powerful way to connect with consumers across devices, platforms, and networks. From explainers and tutorials to video ads, vlogs, product videos and more, video can help you tell your stories in a more engaging and compelling way.

You don’t have to become (or hire) a professional videographer to make great videos to power your social PR campaigns, either. Try these tools for creating great video.

1. Lumen5

What it is: Lumen5 is an AI-powered tool you can use to convert your blog posts into fun, engaging and socially shareable videos. The interface enables you to quickly add your logo, watermark, and CTA.

Why we love it for #SocialPR: Lumen5 is super easy to use. Simply feed it the link to your blog post or press release, then use the drag-and-drop editor to arrange the media you want to use into the storyline of your choice. Here’s an example of a video we created in Lumen5 from this and :

Repurposing content with Lumen5

Where to get it: Subscriptions currently start at $19 a month. Get started on the Lumen5 website

2. DaVinci Resolve

What it is: DaVinci Resolve is the gold standard for color grading video. In fact, it’s been used more than any other color grading system for film and TV.

Repurposing content with DaVinci Resolve

Why we love it for #SocialPR: It’s free! Of course, there’s a premium version with a paid subscription model but bloggers and content marketers should find everything they need in the free version.

Where to get it: Get started with DaVinci Resolve 16 on creator Black Magic Design’s website.

Tools for captioning your videos

Video captioning is super important for a number of reasons.

It enables those with hearing impairment or people to enjoy your videos without any additional equipment or tools required. Failing to accommodate the 1 in 8 Americans with hearing loss would be a huge oversight.
It allows people to enjoy the video without sound. Considering that 85% of Facebook videos are watched on mute, this is critically important.
Captions are great for SEO and help search engines understand what your video is about.
Social media users watch videos with captions an average of 12% longer than those without, according to Facebook.

Videos without captions get 17% less reactions, 15% less shares and 26% less clicks on the call-to-action (Instapage). Simply put, if you aren’t captioning your videos you’re leaving money on the table. Use these tools to caption your videos quickly, easily and affordably.

3. Rev

What it is: Rev is one of (if not the single) the most trusted transcription services out there. You simply upload your video and one of Rev’s 40,000 transcriptionists gets to work on your captions. They guarantee 99% accuracy.

Why we love it for #SocialPR: Your video transcript provides great content for readers and search engines alike. Optimize your transcript with internal links to your best content, and add calls-to-action to help your readers take the next steps.

Where to get it: Get started with $1/minute transcription on Rev.com.

4. Headliner

What it is: Headliner allows you to add animations, gifs, captions, images and more to videos, which you can then export and share across your social accounts. A few cool features include waveforms (audio visualizers to let viewers know there is sound accompanying the video imagery) and automatic transcription.

Why we love it for #SocialPR: Social video generates 1200% more shares than text and image content combined. Video is where it’s at! Headliner makes it dead simple to make and share engaging videos like this one from T.I. (made using Headliner):

Tools for expanding your content’s reach

Even the best videos will fall flat without a bit of savvy promotion to get the ball rolling. Don’t forget about these promotional channels as you’re plotting out your video promotion.

5. Reddit

What it is: Reddit is another network you’d have to have been living under a rock the last 14 years not to recognize. But you may not have realized its potential for content promotion yet. Reddit has had a dubious reputation over the years, but there are plenty of safe-for-work subreddits where members of your audience may potentially spend time. Search Reddit for topics relevant to your business and see where conversations are happening that may be a natural fit for your involvement.

Why we love it for #SocialPR: We love Reddit as a long game. It’s not productive to simply spam the forum with your own content. Rather, you want to become a regular contributor in the subreddits relevant to your business. Sometimes, sharing a piece of your own content will fit naturally in the conversation—where your content answers a question or fills a need. Outside of that, you’ll be networking and building your reputation as a topic expert.

Where to get it: Head to Reddit.com and get searching.

6. LinkedIn

What it is: The OG social network for professionals, LinkedIn is a great place to republish your blog posts as Articles and share your video content.

Why we love it for #SocialPR: Don’t forget that LinkedIn now runs SlideShare, another great format for content repurposing that opens up a whole new audience for you. In fact, using your blog content as the basis for a SlideShare, or incorporating a gallery of images into a blog post using SlideShare, can be a smart content repurposing play, too.

Where to get it: You’re probably already on LinkedIn—and if you’re like the vast majority of people, you’re probably neglecting your profile there. Check out this resource on making your LinkedIn pitch-perfect.

7. Your blog

What it is: Don’t forget to share the awesome content you’re creating on your own blog? Ideally, your own site will be the first place you publish that first piece of content that anchors the entire campaign. That way, you’ll get all of those juicy backlinks your content is cited, repurposed, shared, and syndicated.

Why we love it for #SocialPR: You control the on-page experience happening around your content. Once you’ve attracted a visitor with your amazing content, how are you going to keep them on-site and engaged? Use design elements, in-text links, calls-to-action, sidebar offers and more to inspire readers to take the next logical action in your funnel.

In the meantime, your blog content is also feeding Google keyword-rich, top-quality content to consider as the best possible answer to relevant queries. It’s a win-win!

Where to get it: WordPress is my hands-down favorite blogging platform; in fact, it now powers 35% of the Internet.

Bonus Content Repurposing Tool: Designrr

What it is: Designrr makes e-books from content published on your website, or directly from your Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Apple Pages or another text editor. Simply import your content, choose a project template, create your cover image, and customize the e-book as you wish.

Why we love it for #SocialPR: You can go with the design the tool creates for you or get as deep into customization as you want, with controls for changing text, fonts, background colors and images, styles, and more. Creating e-books can be a lot of work, but Designrr takes the elbow grease out of it with an integrated royalty-free image library and simple design program.

Where to get it: Check out the Designrr offer here (you can usually get special pricing).

Hopefully this powerhouse list of #SocialPR platforms will help you assess your toolset going into 2020 so you start the year on the right foot.

Ojai Energetics offers one bottle for $74.95.

Promising review: “I had previously decided that CBD was not for me — I’d tried maybe three other kids of CBD with various potencies and all of them gave me negative side effects. I have no idea why, but Ojai is the only CBD product on the market that does to me what they all say they will. I’m a big fan.”

The Pro even offers an Ear Tip Fit Test to ensure the wearer is using the correct size producing the perfect seal. They are also water- and sweat- resistant. They’re not quite a bargain at $249, but if you’re looking to indulge your digital connoisseur, you can end your search here.

The fastest delivery option is Dec. 30.

Promising review: “For just $50 more than the original model with the wireless charging case, these are definitely the [ear]buds to get. They sound better than the originals and have a way better fit and active noise canceling to boot. If you have an iOS device, just get these.”

Brain.FM, an app to keep them focused on their goals.

Give creativity, productivity, and sleep. Lisa Buyer’s productivity levels shifted when she discovered Brain.fm. Simply put, this app powers music designed for the brain (generated by its Artificial Intelligence) to enhance focus, meditation, naps, and sleep within 10-15 minutes of use. Since using it, her productivity, sanity, and mood are highly impacted on a daily basis.

Zap the background noise with this app

Have you ever been on an important conference call and your dog decides to bark at the mailman who comes by every day, the leaf blowers are lurking outside your window, or when your baby decides to have a tantrum at the worst possible moment? Same. Krisp is on all of our desktops at The Buyer Group for the ultimate meeting sanity.

Whichever you choose, these gifts will show you care and are sure to share the holiday cheer. If you’re a marketer or entrepreneur yourself, make sure at least one of these ends up underneath your tree this year — you deserve it.

Lisa Buyer Talks PR SEO with Search Talk Live Podcast

SEO
SEO is no longer an option for businesses, it is a necessity in order to stand out in your industry. Lisa Buyer, Founder, and CEO of the Social PR Agency The Buyer Group; caught up with Search Talk Live Podcast hosts Robert O’Haver and Matt Weber all about the do’s and don’ts of SEO.

Before the “.com” boom, traditional public relations campaigns could take up to six months and press releases could take six weeks going through approval after approval. However, when the internet came along, it sped up everything in the PR industry. This is when Lisa and her agency at the time decided to leverage the powers of Google to boost PR and do what would eventually be called search engine optimization or SEO. Read her advice for leveraging SEO in your agency or business below.

Optimize Everything

SEO isn’t just Google. There are many other search engines including social platforms like Instagram. Websites and articles aren’t the only things you can optimize, you can also optimize captions, videos, and photos. Be consistent. It is key to SEO optimization.

Press Release Optimization is Key

Press releases must be noteworthy. Sites like PR newswire will not allow you to do a paid press release if it doesn’t include news. She recommends doing a paid press release once a month. Reporters use Google for everything so the press release has to have good SEO to stand out.

For the length of a paid press release, it should be short with 500 words or less because the more words, the more expensive it is. The longer version of the press release can be posted on your website with slightly different text and featured photos.

The Best Way to Pitch Stories to Reporters

Lisa said monitoring trends for SEO is essential. When you see a trend that relates to your business or agency, you can show a reporter how you would be a good source for that trend based article. If you focus on finding the right publication or reporter that will match your story, you have a better chance of catching the attention of a reporter.

The wrong way to pitch a reporter is being too risky or too vanilla. You want to say something unique or out of the box.

“Get a reporter’s attention in a non-spam very approachable way where they can easily digest what you are trying to pitch to them. That is really the golden ticket.”

Incorporating SEO with Social Influencers

Influencers are not journalists. They typically have their own businesses or gigs and influencing is just a side job. So Lisa said when you are searching for influencers, research the influencers manually and gather a list.

After gathering the list, she recommends contacting them on the social platform they are most active on whether that is Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or another channel.

Writing Tools

Below are Lisa’s writing hacks that can improve your SEO.
