Why I love Winter so damn much!

If you've been with me on the Storm journey for a while, you'll probably know of my love for King. That man is one of my favourite characters to write. That's because of his complexity, though, not so much because I swoon hard over him (though, I do that at times!). He offers me the chance to explore life through the eyes of someone the complete opposite of myself.
Now, if we're talking the Storm men who make me swoon all over the place, Winter is hands down my favourite. Fury is up there too, but maybe it's because I've now written two books with Winter that I feel so strongly about him.
*sigh*⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Something about Winter and Birdie that's different to every other Storm couple I've written is that they don't come from broken homes. None of their baggage is related to their childhoods. Thanks to this, Winter has strong, solid beliefs around how to love a woman and cherish her. Cue the ovary explosion that happens every time I sit down with him.
Where I'm not sure I'll ever be able to write another character as strong as King when it comes to dark, delicious fucked-upness, I'm not sure I'll ever be able to write another character as strong as Winter when it comes to the way he adores and loves Birdie.
I CAN'T WAIT FOR YOU GUYS TO READ THIS BOOK!!
