Tammi has for many years been working with children and families, specializing in literacy. Childrens literature was always a passion and she has two picture books in progress. She was editor of a new release of Lady Wentworth; A Poets Tale (illustrated) (Bookbaby, 2013), and that year released her debut novel Broken Buckets, as an eBook. She is a published poet in eight anthologies, including The Widows Handbook: Poetic Reflections on Grief and Survival, Edited by J Lapidus and L Menn, with a forward by Ruth Bader Ginsburg (Kent State University Press, 2014). She has a volume of her own poetry due out in 2019. She has a short story in Compass Points (Piscataqua Press, 2016). Her work can be found in several journals, magazines, and online. ...more

My Psychedelic Zeppelin Year in Review

      I am ending this year in a way that is uncharacteristic of me. Most years, definitely the last several, I am happy to let the old year go and welcome a new one in with all of its promise of better things to come. Interesting combo of science and art. I'm not likely to use it for a group storytime, but it is very useful in the classroom and art room and for one-on-one reading.
