Hindsight’s New Description
I made a few changes and updates to the previous description I had posted on here while preparing it to go live on Amazon. Here’s the new descriptididdly and here’s the link where you can download Hindsight straight to your Kindle for only $2.99.
“I am hurtling eight stories to the pavement. There’s a bullet in my left shoulder and another chewing through my lung. I am going to die.” – Shirley O’Shea
When Shirley got out of prison three years ago, he committed himself to being there for his sister, Haley, and his aunt, Winnie–the only family he has left. Then he met Isaac, a man with connections to his grandfather and to the IRA. Isaac said he owed Shirley’s family a favor: deliver a package and get some money. But things are never that simple, are they? What should have been an easy drop-off blows Shirley’s world apart. Now he’s on the run, a continent away from those he loves, trying to figure out what he’s gotten himself into, who he can trust and how far he’s willing to go in order to keep his family safe.
But Shirley has a few skeletons of his own banging on the closet doors, and the hinges are starting to come off.

I’m Back!
Yes, I know. This blog has been quiet for way too long. I have also missed my publishing date by more than a few miles. I apologize for that. The good news is that it is ready. It is finally ready for publication. Hindsight will be available within the week on Amazon Kindle. Stay tuned for further updates.

Book Description
Well, apologies for the delay in publishing the novel. The editing process has taken a little bit longer than anticipated. Rest assured, I am working hard to push it through the last few stages to get it out the gates and onto the track. In the meantime, here is that back cover copy that should give you a taste of what’s to come. Reactions?
“I am hurtling eight stories to the pavement. There’s a bullet in my left shoulder and another chewing through my lung. I am going to die.”
Shirley O’Shea was putting the pieces of his life back together in Camden, New Jersey before a bomb blast blew it all to hell. It had been three years since he got out of prison. He’d been trying to bury his violent past and his family’s history of shame and loss. Now he’s learning that there is more to that family history than he ever knew. Shirley’s left to figure out what he’s gotten himself into, who he can trust and what lengths he’s willing to go to in order to keep his family safe.
But Shirley has a few skeletons of his own banging on the closet doors, and the hinges are starting to come off.

Welcome, Welcome
First off, let me say, “thanks for stopping by.” I’m glad you did. Really. I have spent the last few years crafting and honing my debut novel. And what would be the point of all that writing and rewriting… and rewriting, if no one ever read it. So, thanks for coming by. I know you don’t have a lot of time, but I hope you’ll bookmark this page or subscribe to the RSS feed and check in every now and then. I’ll be posting updates about my novel, Hindsight, over the next few months before its official release as an e-book. You’ll get previews of the book’s description, reviews, cover artwork, and a heads up when it’s finally published. I plan to run it as a free ebook for its first week in the e-bookstore, so you don’t want to miss that (Who doesn’t love free stuff?). But of course, this site is not all about me. I’d like to get to know you too. Leave me a comment or two and let me know what you think as each new post comes out. I’ll respond to your feedback and use it to shape the overall look and delivery of the novel, Hindsight, before it hits the digital shelf, and hopefully, your personal library.
