July 2019 Eclipses ~ Activating Heart Consciousness and Soul Transformation
2019 has 5 eclipses, and July brings us the biggest ones of the year as we initiate higher potentials through the cardinal signs of Cancer and Capricorn.
We are breaking through old paradigms that no longer align with collective values, and that can be emotional, messy, and deep. Cancer and Capricorn energies ask us to look at what we do in our inner world and outer world, and the eclipses are pushing us to see how to re-align these two aspects of our reality into a new cohesive whole.

Lighthouses, Light-shiners
The best use of your energy throughout the year may be in simply “holding the flame.” Spiritual mastery is found in allowing each person the full experience of their own energy so they can see their power in action. Consciousness can only be taught to those who are willing to listen and learn, or it is like relentlessly pouring water through a sieve and expecting drops to accumulate.
Take a moment to visualize yourself as a lighthouse. Feel grounded in the earth. Stable in your core. Strong in your posture. Bright in your third eye chakra. Radiate light out into the world intentionally. There is also a feeling of protection in a lighthouse. You are protecting your energy field and maintaining its vibrancy without exposing it to external elements and unneeded experiences.
Be vigilant this year about where your energy goes out into the world, and ensure it’s coming from a high-vibrational place most of the time. This will take practice because it will not be your first response in all circumstances to be high vibrational, and some storms will be harder to navigate because they are connected to one of your Soul lessons. Hold the intention of being an energetic lighthouse and light-shiner so you can consciously maintain your energy and elevate yourself to a higher perspective.
This is the energy of a Spiritual Being rather than a Spiritual Human. You are being an energy, offering waves of light, and trusting the energy to do what it must do. The practice of Being will be evident throughout the year as an intentional practice of grounding, shining, and loving yourself.

5 Types of Consciousness On The Planet Now
Consciousness is the understanding that everything around us has meaning associated with it. Everything has consciousness because everything has energy. Becoming more conscious is an opening to greater awareness about the interconnectedness of all things, including all energies beyond the realms of the five senses. Exploring consciousness invites expansion into higher levels of awareness.
From the words we say and the actions we take, to our food, numbers, rocks, animals, geographic locations, and everything else around us (a rather large category), all energies hold consciousness.
Consciousness involves many overlapping factors that contribute to an energetic whole. On an individual level, our emotions, thoughts, vocabulary, and actions all hold a type of consciousness that reflects our personal energy.
On a global scale, humanity is collectively creating a level of consciousness about the human experience, the planet, nature, and our responsibility to the earth. Mass consciousness is a reflection of our collective energy.
There are currently five dominant types of consciousness present today, co-existing, spreading, retracting. I am specifically identifying these as types of consciousness and not levels because levels implies hierarchy or dominance. Using the word type is highly intentional as a way to move beyond the polarities of good and bad; right and wrong; better and worse.
Each type of consciousness offers a different perspective, understanding, and opportunities for growth. Each type has value in providing information and describing experiences. Each type also allows us to choose what perspective is best for our individual, and collective, growth.

Gemini New Moon + Weekly Intuitive Astrology Energies
