I'm the author of the bestselling memoir An Olive Grove at the Edge of the World, about being an expat American city boy on a tiny olive farm in New Zealand. I'm also an award-winning blogger and wannabe olive farmer.

You can subscribe to my newsletter at JaredGulian.com. You’ll get special deals and giveaways, the monthly ‘Letter from the Olive Grove,’ and blog updates.

“Is this normal for her?” our frie...
