Hi Jill.
Absolutely! My mum keeps me updated with all the UK weather peculiarities. In her infinitely short-sighted wisdom, she blames environmentalists and the lack of dredging for the Thames flooding :-) (The latter is probably true!) They get floods, the US gets unbelievable snowstorms while we get bushfires...
