T. J. Blake is most known for his psychological thriller, suspense and horror novels.

Currently living in Surrey, Blake by day is a content marketer and business owner. By night, he could be any one of his mysterious characters!

Blake's last novel is his psychological thriller, DECEPTION: A Love of Lies, which hasn't let readers look at dog walkers the same (getbook.at/DeceptionTJBlake).

He has also self-published two books from ‘The Endurance Series’ – ‘Endurance’ (getBook.at/B00E8Q9QCU) and ‘Endurance: Apocalypse’ (getBook.at/B00Q57MIOI), a standalone mystery thriller called ‘The Author’ (T. J. Blake is most known for his psychological thriller, suspense and horror novels.

Being a child that needed speech therapy and extra support with writing and spelling, Blake was never considered to be a child who would enjoy the craft of writing.

His passion for writing lopsided slightly as school life took over; but once he completed his GCSE's, Blake then showcased his writing in College.

The A-Level subjects English Language and Film Studies encouraged him to write more and to continue a journey into further education. After two years at Godalming College, he went to Kingston University to study Creative Writing with English Language & Communications in 2012.

After three years of intense studying and writing, Blake was very proud to receive his Bachelor of Arts with Honours Degree in Creative Writing with English Language & Communications in 2015.

His Creative Writing studies helped him to fully grasp the concept of writing, plot structure and entertainment, whilst English Language and Communications allowed him to learn about language and how people communicate in both the reality and the fictional world.

The prospect of writing to entertain people across the world at first was terrifying to Blake, but now it's something he thrives on. Since becoming a self-published author in 2013 with Amazon,

Blake has written and self-published four novels, which are all available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble and Waterstones Marketplace.

Blake on writing - "Writing is a powerful tool, especially Creative Writing - it gives you the freedom to create a whole new world inside yours and your reader's mind."

For the first time my novel has been stocked in a book shop

Unbelievably, this is the first time since publishing my first book back 2013 that I’ve managed to get a physical copy of my book stocked in a book shop.

One Tree Books in Petersfield, Hampshire is that book store.

It’s a real honour for me.

I’ve been writing and publishing my stories for many years now. So why has it taken so long to get my book into a physical store?

Some great moments of suspense. Ultimately let down by the ridiculousness of the story.

I enjoyed stretches of the book. However, I couldn't help but realise how ridiculous the story actually was - a talking dog who learnt to read and spel

A chilling, dark and gothic short story.

For a 180 page book, it goes into a lot of detail about the characteristics of the locations and characters. Although detailed, it didn't detract from the narrative, it only aided it.

It's dark, got

Stephen King
“The 3 types of terror: The Gross-out: the sight of a severed head tumbling down a flight of stairs, it's when the lights go out and something green and slimy splatters against your arm. The Horror: the unnatural, spiders the size of bears, the dead waking up and walking around, it's when the lights go out and something with claws grabs you by the arm. And the last and worse one: Terror, when you come home and notice everything you own had been taken away and replaced by an exact substitute. It's when the lights go out and you feel something behind you, you hear it, you feel its breath against your ear, but when you turn around, there's nothing there...”
