I'm Lucille. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a private practice in Littleton, CO.

Sometimes I get caught up in trying to leave a legacy but as Rich Mullins, one of my favorite musicians, said:

"If my life is motivated by an ambition to leave a legacy,
what I would probably leave is a legacy of ambition.

I like having a voice. For much of my life I was full of shame and anxiety and I kept small.

Now, I will talk about anything. I don't mind if people disagree. One of the top five regrets of the dying is that they didn't say what they felt.

The Books I Read in 2018

Every year I like to make a list of the books I read. Usually I read about 60 books, but this year I only read about 40. I don’t know if it’s because we took a really long trip to eastern Europe and the Adriatic coast or because I’m spending more time with my granddaughter. I hope you enjoy scrolling […]

“There is an emptiness inside of me -- a void that will never be filled. No one in your life will ever love you as your mother does. There is no love as pure, unconditional and strong as a mother's love. And I will never be loved that way again.”
