A resident of North Carolina's Outer Banks, A.P. searches for that unique element that twists the everyday commonplace into the weird. When he's not writing fiction he composes music, dabbles in animation, and muses about theology and mind-hacking, all while watching way too many online movies.

Not from the book, mind you, but the computer game by Trillium/Telarium, written by Ray Bradbury and Byron Preiss. The story takes place after the book ends, and though there are multiple endings, the sacrificial ending of Guy embracing Clarisse as they get torched for uploading the world's library to the people really hit me. Besides, I was a teenager with an overactive imagination, so playing the part of Guy Montag for two months straight guaranteed I was going to fall in love with Clarisse.(less)

My hundred unfinished stories may or may not disagree, if they could only decide.(less)

This book is straight-up fun, guilty pleasure, and true to form it's all about revenge and the twists, turns and deceptions it takes to get there.

Loose morals and magic abound, and much like the hats that cowboys wear, you can't always tell the good

The Stain in the Stairwell by A.P. Sessler
"A short horror story about a sentient stain (a ghost?) on the wall of an inner city apartment building. The story is well-written and gets progressively creepier as it goes along. Sessler does a great job of capturing the fears of childhood. "
