Writing Updates

I am currently starting a new book- the spin off to the Blue Eyes Trilogy. It is so much fun to get back to writing about some old friends….. Can’t wait to see how Nessa’s world turns out and if Devin can handle it long enough to break the bond between him and Nessa. I am a combination writer in that I have a rough outline, but then find myself writing as it comes- so really I’m not sure what will happen or how they will find their way at this point…..

My next novel I’m aiming to be released in January is the first in a new series called Carnelian. It is a new adult novel about a girl going off to college that finds a guy with a past that is literally from thousands of years ago. It was great to get back to writing and to be able to finish up this novel. It is now currently with my editor and then back for another proofing before I can release it. I can’t wait to get it out for everyone to read and see what you all think…. :) So keep your eyes out in the coming month for this one to be out!

Getting back to the world of writing and reading

After taking an unexpected forced break- I am getting back to the world of writing. If you were in contact with me in September (or I am sending you a book- yes that means you Sara- they are on their way- I promise!!) and you have not heard back from me, don’t feel afraid to contact me again. I literally put my life on hold for over a month. First I was very sick with a flu like bug for almost two weeks, and then we had an unexpected loss that I am still trying to cope with. It is funny how you can try to plan every little detail as much as you want, but life will do what it wants. Also it is hard to grasp how when you are going through a loss and time feels like it stops- somehow it just keeps going. Suddenly you wake up to the world and find a month has past. Thank you everyone that has read and reviewed my books in the past two months. I didn’t get a chance to thank everyone as they came in, so thanks. So if you are still waiting to hear back from me- send me a message. It probably got lost in the hundreds of emails I got when I checked out on the world for a while.

New book out- Book 3 of the Blue Eyes Trilogy

Hello Everyone,

After much writing, editing, and formatting, I’m excited to release Winning the Legend. I’ve been working hard (after waiting on editors) to get the third book of the blue eyes trilogy out and it’s finally here.


The e-book is available now on amazon, smashwords and barnes and noble also. Also, The Legend of the Blue Eyes is on sale at Amazon for $0.99 currently, so if you know anyone who might like it, now would be a good time to pick it up. We are getting the paperback done and that will hopefully be out in the next couple weeks.

Hopefully everyone will be happy with the ending of Arianna’s story. While her tale might be done, that doesn’t mean it is the end for everyone else……
