Hi, sorry to take so long replying but I've been on holiday.
To be honest, the whole series has taken me a lot longer than I'd originally planned (largely because I've had to deal with 3 operations and serious illness along the way!). Also because I was originally only going to write one book, and it kind of expanded into the three...
I'm still hoping to complete and publish the 3rd book: Immortal Beloved, before the end of this year, but I don't have a firm date as yet. Sorry to be so vague but I have to fit my writing around my (paid!) work and family. Unfortunately I have had unforeseen work situations arise in the past 12m which have required more of my time, and in my profession it's not possible to say 'No, I can't, I have a book to finish!' I must admit, it would be so nice to hand my notice in and concentrate on writing full-time, but sadly there're bills to pay and I don't think my husband would be too impressed!
I know this answer probably hasn't helped but please bear with me. I'm sure you'll enjoy reading them. I lurk on Twitter if you fancy following for updates. I'll also be doing promotional stuff like competitions and giveaways when I get to a release date. Hang in there!
Thank you so much for your interest in the meantime, it means a lot.

Good news folks!
I finally managed to publish the kindle version of Immortal Beloved yesterday!

As well as publishing the third book in the trilogy, I have been editing the first 2 books in preparation for a relaunch of the trilogy. All 3 kindle versions are fine. However. I have problems with the documents for the paperback editions that I haven't encountered before. I think it may link back to... Read more of this blog post »

"Don't judge a book by its cover.

I'd seen this book on the shelves of a number of friends and in the arms of a number of travelers, so I decided to pick it up. The title, "Middlesex", suggested English countryside to me. On the cover was what looke..." Read more of this review »

I approached this book with caution, having been told how fantastic it was! I've been there before with The Alchemist, and The Book Thief, and I was quite prepared to hate The Kite Runner. But no, it was entertaining, if slightly annoying in places. ...more

I'll be honest, I was never a Motorhead fan; they were too loud for me and I just didn't get them. Then, about 5 years ago, I heard 1916 for the first time... and was blown away. I had a new-found respect for Lemmy, though I never did become a fan of ...more

Wow. This is a well-written autobiography which I'd recommend whether you're a fan of The Boss or not. A truly fascinating life story.
