Christian Baloga lives in rural Pennsylvania and was born just one day after Halloween, on the Day of the Dead. When not writing books, he harbors a peculiar interest in urban exploring, paranormal investigation, traveling, and creating works of art. In fact, three of his human hair sculptures are displayed in Ripley's Believe It or Not! museum.

Originally…moreHi there, Rebekah, thank you for reaching out to me. I’ve always had great curiosity for the Baloga families in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Originally my great-grandfather Stefan immigrated to the United States from Czechoslovakia in 1922. Six years later he saved enough to send my great-grandmother Mary and her son John Baloga, my grandfather, to the United States to join him. My grandfather raised six children in Swoyersville. They are now spread throughout the eastern part of the U.S., though my father, David Baloga, his wife, and his three kids, including myself, remain in NEPA.
