So glad you enjoyed The Clockwork Scarab. Yes, Dylan was there, but still trying to get his bearings in this strange world, and so he was off-screen quite a bit during the story.

If you enjoy his character, I think you'll enjoy his role in The Spiritglass Charade (book two, available now), and also the upcoming Chess Queen Enigma. He's sort of settled in and is trying to figure out how to live in a world that isn't his own...as much as he can.
