Speaking of Dreams

My novel, Speaking of Dreams, has been accepted by Dreamspinner Press and will be published in Oct/Nov of 2015.
I'm particularly pleased over this one, because it's very different from anything else I've written. This one is more of a love story, plain and simple. Granted, it's not your normal love story, but there are no zombie dogs, no witches, and while there is humor, it's not a comedy.

I really enjoyed these 3 tales. Stout is a master at novelettes, keeping them short but not skimping on story or character development. Hard to pick a favorite here, as they were all top notch. In the 1st we get more of Fritz than normal, which is ni ...more

More of Stephen's books…
“It’s just that… I’m wanting to start dating myself.” I saw Gina’s eyes bug out. “I don’t mean dating myself. I’ve been doing that for ten years now. It’s gotten to the point where I buy my left hand chocolates on Valentine’s Day.”
Stephen Osborne, Pale as a Ghost

“It’s my spider, Jeffrey. He’s a tarantula.”
“Yes, he certainly seems to be.”
“He’s my pet.”
“Better you than me. I’m not overly fond of spiders. Too many
legs.”
“No,” Ernie said simply, “he’s got the right number.”
Stephen Osborne, Pop Goes the Weasel

“By standing and with me
sitting, he was showing he was the dominant male in the room. I,
however, had a .38 in a holster under my jacket, so I won.”

“I heard Elton’s deep growl. I only gave our friendly—well, sort of friendly—demon the number a few days previously.
“They were busy last night” was his opening line. No “hello, how are you.” Demons had no sense of etiquette.”
Stephen Osborne, Under a Blood-Red Moon

“On the way I contemplated giving the middle finger to the crow but refrained in case it was just an innocent bird. That, and I worried what Carson’s men would think if I flipped the bird to a bird”

Rob Rosen Stephen, Hi. Hope all is well. Since we’re Goodreads friends, I thought I’d share my latest novel, Midlife Crisis, with you.

"Rob Rosen does madcap gay humor better than anyone else writing today. Midlife Crisis is no exception." - Neil Plakcy, author of The Mahu Investigations

I hope you can pick up a copy. As a special thanks for your time, feel free to message me on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/therobrosen) for a free PDF copy of any of my other 9 novels, which you can find here: http://www.therobrosen.com

All the best,

Rob Rosen
