Born in 1970, Alex S. Garcia is a writer, editor, translator, lyricist and webmaster.

Active in the French Science-Fiction fandom since the late 80's, he's had many short stories and articles published over the years.

In 1996, he created online the Icarus Encyclopedia of Science Fiction, which went on to become nooSFere, the leading French SF online database.

Since 2012, he has been focusing more on his writing career.

In 2021, he launched his blog/newsletter The Xen'in Universe, where he posts free short stories every month.

A serial will debut in January 2022.
