A little something for Christmas. Breathe Into Me teaser #4!
While Jessi flirted with the kid in blue, I plucked at the label on my water bottle until I heard the door chime signaling someone had come in. Out of habit, I look up and see a huge tattooed man go strolling across the deli. His black shirt fitting tight on his muscled arms — arms that were covered from his wrists up in tattoos. I’d never really given much thought to tattoos before, but here in this moment… I couldn’t think of anything hotter.
I watched him walk over to the table Jessi’s new friend and the other guys were occupying. The one in blue saw him coming and stood too gave him one of those weird guy hand shake/hug things. When he finished greeting the rest of the table, he pulled out the seat next to him and sat down. Spinning the black ball cap he had been wearing around to the back he took off his aviators and that’s when I saw the most blinding set of grey eyes I had ever seen. These were not just grey; they were almost silver. Almost as if they shined. I had never in all my life seen a set of eyes like his.
I was so distracted by his eyes that I didn’t notice Jessi had walked back over to our table until she was waving her hand in front of my face.
“Earth to Kelsey. You ready to get outta here?”
“Uh — yeah, yeah. I was just waiting on you.” I lied. I was still thinking about those tattoos and those eyes.
“Well come on then. Let’s go find where my classes are.” She said, pulling me from my seat and out the door. I glanced over my shoulder to find that same set of grey eyes watching me walk out of the door.

First Blog Post.....EVER! :)
Well I finally decided to make a blog. This way it will be easier to post my teasers and updates about my upcoming book Breathe Into Me.
Synopsis:
Eighteen year old Kelsey Rien is leaving her past behind and starting anew at college with her best friend, Jessi. Wanting nothing more than to walk into a room without everyone knowing the horrific details of the event that would forever change her life six years ago, she vows to concentrate on school and make something of herself.
Kelsey never expected new friends to come so easily and her heart to stop when she locked sight with a blinding set of grey eyes, a set of eyes that would consume her every waking thought.
Kane Riley has a ladies man reputation. He’s a “loves ‘em and leaves ‘em” type they say, but Kelsey feels drawn to him from the moment they meet. She hasn’t felt the comfort and ease Kane makes her feel in quite some time, so she can’t help but wonder; is there more to the tatted, pierced, motorcycle riding, local bar bouncer than everyone else sees?
She soon learns that you can’t run from your past, no matter how far you go. When Kelsey’s past and present collide, can she be strong enough to save the people she loves the most, or will she be forced to let them go?

Breathe Into Me Teaser #3
Kane grabbed my hand and led us through all the bodies to the middle of the dance floor. He took me in his arms and began to sway to the beat of the song. I slowly ran my hands up his arms feeling every indention from every muscle, I could feel them slightly flexing at my touch. When I finally made it to the top I wrapped my hands around the back of his neck and stared into those grey eyes I couldn’t get enough of. Ever so softy he began to sing the lyrics to the song we were dancing to. About wondering all of his life where had I been and wondering if he would ever see me again. He released his hold on me long enough to reach up and tuck my hair behind my ear; slowing running his fingers through it before laying it over my shoulder exposing my neck line. He leaned in and placed his lips on my bare shoulder, first kissing and then giving a little nibble. He continued lightly running his nose and lips along my shoulder to my neck. I felt my eyes drifting close and my knees began to weaken. I wasn’t even sure if we were still dancing, I was so caught up in Kane and what his soft kisses and caresses were doing to my body. He made his way to my ear and pulled my lobe into his mouth catching my diamond stud between his teeth before releasing it to nibble on the sensitive spot just below my ear. I couldn’t stop the moan that escaped from my lips. My whole body was on fire and it was all from the lips of this gorgeous man. If his lips felt this good on my neck I could just image what they would feel like pressed against my own. I slowly pulled back enough for him to look at me, begging him to understand what I wanted. His eyes, hooded with the same desire I was feeling right now looked as though they did.
“Kelsey,” he whispered, “I want to kiss you so fucking bad right now. I don’t think I will be able to tell myself no any longer but if you say no then I will somehow find the strength to not crush my mouth to yours and make you forget every problem you have ever had, make you forget even your own name. Just say the word Kelsey and I will back off but I have to be honest with you. Right now, all I can think about is how good your skin tastes and it’s driving me crazy. I need to know how those lips taste, how soft they are, how they would feel moving against my own. Please Kels…”
“Kelsey,” he whispered, “I want to kiss you so fucking bad right now. I don’t think I will be able to tell myself no any longer but if you say no then I will somehow find the strength to not crush my mouth to yours and make you forget every problem you have ever had, make you forget even your own name. Breathe Into Me Teaser #2

He grabbed my hand and led me out the back door. “Um, where are we going?” I asked, as we walked around the corner to the side of the building, straight to a black motorcycle with neon green flames. “We’re leaving before I do damage to that kids face.” He said as he swung his leg over the bike and looked at me, obviously waiting for me to hop on. “What?” he said puzzled.
“I’ve never been on one before.” I nodded toward the motorcycle.
“It’s just a bike Kelsey.”
“Yeah, just a bike and a bike has no air bags or seat belts.” I added
“I would never let anything happen to you. Promise.” He held up two fingers like a boy scout.
“I seriously doubt you were ever a boy scout.” I said as I placed a hand on his shoulder and threw one leg over the bike. Man what a smart move it had been to wear jeans tonight. When I was finally on the seat and had my feet on the pegs, I grabbed the sides of his shirt but he took my hands and pulled them around to rest on his chest. “That’s not tight enough,” He laughed as he kicked the kick stand up and took off into the night.

Hey! You were pretty wild last night! I thought you might blow off class for once and take a you day, I know your head has to be killing you. ;)
I look up and find her staring at me, a slight smile tugging at her lips. I try to give her my best bitch don’t mess with me look but if I’m being honest it’s probably coming off more along the lines of I’m constipated please bring me some toilet paper.
(The top part is a text btw. so no one gets confused.)
