“That's what I love about reading: one tiny thing will interest you in a book, and that tiny thing will lead you to another book, and another bit there will lead you onto a third book. It's geometrically progressive - all with no end in sight, and for no other reason than sheer enjoyment.”

David, I DID see that that event was happening next month in Portland! There was a Kickstarter campaign for something in regards to the convention, if I remember correctly, not too long ago. Are you going? I love Lovecraft's concepts, stories, and ideas. However, sometimes the prose can get a little bogged down. ;) I'm sure you know what I mean. My favorite of his stories is THE NAMELESS CITY. Have you read that one? Love it!
