aka K. Follis Cheatham, Arryn Heath

I began my writing career with published historical fiction, and YA contemporaries. I have now added YA nonfiction, contemporary adult work, and science fiction to the mix. I've also published poetry and articles, and have edited for several national magazines and book companies.

I give presentations about writing and history. Through Humanities Montana, I travel to different Montana locations with a presentation based on the history background for my very first book, Spotted Flower and the Ponokomita .

This all keeps me busy, but not so much that I have stopped reading books. I'm a frequent visitor at the Public Library, and enjoy discussing books with others.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Interesting information about the railway line, Jawbone, that is included in the title. But the story isn't about the railroad, but is a mystery about a murder that was discovered near the rail tracks in remote Montana.

The protagonist is a fledgling

"Before Reading
Ok... Janet Evanovich... let me level with you here.

Make this the last book. Make it good. Make it not be like books 15-21 and end this played out series. Please. Do not reuse all your old material. For the love of God let Stephanie..." Read more of this review »

"Sookie Who?

Yes, I somehow managed to make it through the last five years without running into Sookie. But, having noticed that literally everyone I know has read the books, I decided it was time to join the club.

I was generally pleased. Is it grea..." Read more of this review »
