Fireball’s ACTION MOVIEBITS… Thor, Jack Ryan, Elysium FX, F&F7 @ Pike’s Peak, Bourne 5

• THOR: THE DARK WORLD Posters are pretty basic badass, but I’m sure they’re both quite P.O.’d.

• The new Jack Ryan movie is titled JACK RYAN: SHADOW ONE. Why? Well, I could tell you… but then I’d have to kill you. And that would be bad.

• This Behind the Scenes vid of ELYSIUM SPX is actually better than the movie… WATCH HERE!

• FAST & FURIOUS 7 will be filming @ Pike’s Peak in Colorado Springs next month… if you want to see some cool stunt work. Actually, they will be there all month, baby… But don’t tell anyone.

• Guess who’s getting re-BOURNE? Looks like Matt Damon and Paul Greengrass will be back for BOURNE 5…

Today’s FUTURETECTURE… All in WHITE

It seems that “white” is the common theme for future cities, unless it’s run down and post apocalyptic. Like to see some color brought in, but these images at least reflect a positive outlook for the planet.

Fireball’s Daily Sketch… SIX CITIES

These pieces were done for a film called SIX CITIES with Dwayne Johnson that was never made. It was F&F meets Mad Max. I would still love to build the Chrysler 300 above. Maybe do a Kickstarter??

2019 AUDI CROSSOVER by Bolun Wang…

This is really an interesting vehicle by Bolun Wang, although not sure it’s completely Audi. It is, however, very unique. It takes more than the grille to identify the markings of a brand. But I really like the cantilevered floated seats and black green tone.

 

Sunday Rides beggin’ to be in YOUR GARAGE…

Ah, the choices are just so hard. Which one do I pick to be parked in the world’s coolest garage? (That would be yours, if you’re paying attention.) Up to you, but my bet is on the Willy’s Rat Rod.

BARNES & NOBLE Kid’s Seminar with Cars, Candy and Coolness…

Man, what an awesome bunch of pipsqueaks!!

Had a great time with the kids at Barnes & Noble Thousand Oaks yesterday as we talked cars, chowed on Rollos and created the ultimate Brussel Sprout Hot Rod. (Even though we spelled it with 2 “l’s”) But it was so cool, it needed that extra letter!!

BIG thanks to Carl, Catelyn and all the squirts who came and helped me create this fantastic ride. Now, all I have to do is add some butter and garlic and I’m good to go!

• Ong Bak star Tony Jaa has been tapped for FAST & FURIOUS 7. So now, the franchise has added some Martial Arts into the mix. Good, ’cause there’s way too many non-action scenes. Like 2. He says…

I have been a big fan of the Fast and Furious franchise. The films are fast paced, fun and keep the audience involved. There is a great mix of humor and action, something I really appreciate. There is no better film to be involved in for a first U.S. studio production.

• Empire City views of Asgaard from THOR: THE DARK WORLD. Seems more Twilighty to me…

• Great shots from ON SET with GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY… There be blue peeps.
