Imagine getting married to the woman of your dreams and then waking up the next day to find her gone! This is my first Kerry Wilkinson read. The Wife's Secret was a build up that made me continually want to read another chapter.

Review: The Proposal
The Proposal by S.E. LynesMy rating: 3 of 5 stars
The first line of the The Proposal made me want to read more. Pippa meets Ryan and makes a proposal to pay him for his life story. The buildup. The sense of doom. All the makings of a good thriller. Thank you Netgalley for this read

Review: A Brand New Ending
A Brand New Ending by Jennifer ProbstMy rating: 4 of 5 stars
Jennifer Probst delivered a really good read. This is the first book I have read in this series. Kyle is Hollywood screenwriter who lost himself in trying to please the Hollywood big wigs. He decides to return to his hometown and his lifelong love, Olivia. He also returns to face past pains and hurt in hopes of a better future.
Kyle and Olivia's characters went through a lot of growing curves and you could see the strong development.
I loved their romance and of course their journey back to A Brand New Ending.
Thank you, Netgalley.

Review: The Italian's Christmas Housekeeper
The Italian's Christmas Housekeeper by Sharon KendrickMy rating: 4 of 5 stars
The Italian's Christmas Housekeeper told Salvio and Molly's love story. From the moment he saw the voluptuous housekeeper, Salvio was enchanted. This HEA was filled with passion, good characters and a storyline that kept a smile on my face.
Memorable Quote:
"I'm the best version of myself whenever you're around."
Isn't this what every woman would want to hear? Thank you, Netgalley!

Review: A Los Angeles Passion
A Los Angeles Passion by Sherelle GreenMy rating: 4 of 5 stars
I enjoyed Kiara and Trey's love story. Sometimes you meet a person and the connection is so intense that you don't question, you just know. Sherelle Green developed an intense read with strong, memorable characters that had me engaged until the very end.
Favorite Quotes:
"The best relationships happen when you aren't searching for one."
"...any woman can be loved by a man. But to be loved by the right man is a different story entirely."
"Being a family doesn't mean that you must be blood. It means loving one another unconditionally."

Review: The Night Olivia Fell
The Night Olivia Fell by Christina McDonaldMy rating: 5 of 5 stars
The Night Olivia Fell kept me engaged and reading. It was great to get both characters perspectives and learn their stories. I really enjoyed everything about this book - the title, the blurb, and the story. There were moments were I got teary-eyed. There were so many quotes that resonated with me as well. Some good takeaways while being entertained.
Memorable quotes: "You don't have to be right one hundred percent of the time to show you love someone. And she doesn't have to be perfect to be well-loved."
"Family, I realized, was like a box of puzzle pieces. They filled all the holes of your life with little pieces that all together made you whole."
"Trust, I'd learned, was the greatest gift you could give, the greatest gift to receive. The belief that a person wouldn't betray you required a strength and confidence I was only just finding."
"Look to the future and you won't stumble on the present."
For more, you will have to read the book! Thank you Netgalley. Highly Recommend!

Review: Mistress for Hire
Mistress for Hire by Niobia BryantMy rating: 3 of 5 stars
All I can say is, this book had my mouth hanging open because of the antics of the main character, Jessa Bell. She lives up to the name Jezebel in so many ways.... One lesson is how the trauma a child faces can impact them for the rest of their lives. Innocence lost can have serious repercussions. Thank you Netgalley.
