About me

This is my first post here on goodreads. I want to take the time to actually breathe, and realize that wow, I am officially an author. Just having that mere title takes the breath right out of my lungs. To be able to say that one of your dreams came true is the best feeling in the world. Now, where to begin? A little about me? I was born in Chicago with one other sibling. I have a french toy poodle, who is seriously like my child. I have been writing ever sense I can remember. I remember my brother and family always making fun of me. Why you ask? Simple, it's because I would always write short stories and read it to them. It was before I could even spell properly. They would always tease me but I never stopped. My love for writing blossomed like a flower in the spring. I continued to write and write and write. I love to read. I feel as if writing is as important as the air that I breathe. Reading stimulates the mind and takes me away from reality for but a moment.
