365 Days of Positive Living

So … my newest book, 365 Days of Positive Living, releases in a little over a month. I will be sharing some daily(ish) thoughts and tidbits on the topic leading up to the release, and also dispelling a bit of beliefs about what positive living really means. Sure, being positive can be a life approach or state of mind, but it doesn’t mean you’re always happy, and it definitely doesn’t mean you don’t have problems. I wrote this book during a difficult time of my life, when I needed it most, and hope it can help others who might need it too. I wrote it because I began to think and question why and how we live and make the life choices we do, and how we can do things in a way that make us happier and more fulfilled. I’ll be sharing some thoughts on this over the next month or so, but a bit of food for thought in the meantime:

What makes you happy? What diminishes your happiness? How can we approach and change our lives for the better? How can we heal our traumas and wounds? How can we be the ones to decide what we want and how we want to live? How do we ride out the difficult times? How can we accept things we wish weren’t as they are? How do we find what we are grateful for each day? How do we give goodness back into this life and world?

Okay, that’s it for now. More tomorrow on this and a zillion other related thoughts that are ping ponging in my head at the moment.😁
