The internationally published award-winning author of short stories, narrative essays, and poems, Louise Mathewsons work has appeared in numerous magazines, journals and book anthologies - including Mentors Bouquet and the bestselling book series, Cup of Comfort-Vol. 1 .

Over the years Louise has facilitated support groups for children dealing with the challenges of loss, including grief over loss of family members, divorce and parental alcoholism. Her work in this area inspired her to write articles in support of children dealing with some of lifes most difficult challenges.
