Earlier this month Jamaican-born Obama- appointed Judge Tanya Chutkan initiated a gag order on President Donald Trump, the leading presidential candidate in the 2024 presidential election.

This is complete lawlessness. Even the far-left ACLU later filed a brief arguing the that an overly-broad gag order imposed on Donald J. Trump in an ongoing election interference case violates the First Amendment.

Chutkan’s initial gag order on Trump was worse than we thought.

According to Chutkan’s gag order, Trump cannot criticize Special Counsel Jack Smith or any of his prosecutors – even if Trump is telling the truth!

Trump cannot criticize Jack Smith or any of his prosecutors or staffers, any of the Court’s staff or supporting personnel or any ‘witnesses.’

On October 20, Chutkan then paused the gag order on Trump. Chutkan agreed to temporarily pause her own gag order in the DOJ’s January 6 case while Trump and Jack Smith submit appeal briefs.

A federal judge has reinstated a gag order against former President Donald Trump, lifting a temporary hold she placed on it earlier this month.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan issued an order Sunday evening via the court’s online docket, rejecting Trump’s request to set the limits on his public statements aside while he pursues the appeal he’s already filed

Chutkan argued in her latest ruling that Trump’s repeated inflammatory attacks on prosecutors, court officials and witnesses had threatened to undermine the case and put people at risk.

But Jack Smith is still free to leak at will to the far left mainstream media and to smear President Trump’s name and run hoaxes in the press.

Of course, Smith’s actions are illegal but the court does not seem to be bothered by that detail.

This is the latest attack on Republican President Donald Trump. And the media is working overtime to pretend this tyranny is completely normal. The media is as bad as the crooked judge and hitman Jack Smith.

Judge Slaps Federal Gag Order Back On Trump

Judge Chutkan revered her stay and reimposed the gag order that she issued on former president Donald Trump.

Reuters reported:

A federal judge on Sunday reinstated a gag order she imposed on Donald Trump in the Washington case accusing him of trying to overturn his 2020 election defeat, denying his bid for a stay pending appeal.

The order prohibited Trump from targeting the special counsel prosecuting his case or witnesses who might be called to testify about his efforts to upend his election loss.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan imposed the gag order at the Justice Department’s request. She temporarily lifted it on Oct. 20 after Trump’s lawyers appealed. And she reversed that decision on Sunday evening, according to the court’s docket.

Trump has been virtually begging for the gag order to be reimposed as he has launched nearly daily attacks on prosecutors, judges, and what probably got the order reimposed, his attack on former chief of staff Mark Meadows, who was reportedly given immunity in the 1/6 case.

Gag orders will probably become common in most, if not all, of Trump’s criminal cases. The only one where he might not be gagged is the classified documents case, where Trump-friendly judge Aileen Cannon is presiding over the case.

Trump has already violated the gag order in the New York civil fraud case against the Trump organization and has been fined a combined $15,000.

Trump’s strategy is to use his criminal cases in his presidential campaign, but if he can’t use his campaign to intimidate others, a big part of his plan will be taken away.

Donald Trump will probably try to violate the gag order, but there will be consequences, potentially very expensive consequences.

GOP Rep. Byron Donalds Says New Evidence Showing Payments Made on Behalf of Joe Biden to Surface (VIDEO) | The Gateway Pundit

Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL) appeared on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures” with host Maria Bartiromo to discuss Joe Biden’s criminal money laundering operation and the FBI’s role in covering for the Biden Crime Family.

Last Wednesday, Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) revealed that the FBI received ‘criminal information’ from over 40 confidential human sources on Joe, Hunter, and James Biden – dating back to Joe Biden’s time as Vice President.

According to Grassley’s letter which was obtained by Fox News, the task force in the Washington Field Office shut down the reporting from the sources which eventually halted investigative activity.

“Based on the information provided to my office over a period of years by multiple credible whistleblowers, there appears to be an effort within the Justice Department and FBI to shut down investigative activity relating to the Biden family,” Grassley wrote in a letter to US Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray. “Such decisions point to significant political bias infecting the decision-making of not only the Attorney General and FBI Director, but also line agents and prosecutors.”

Grassley wrote: “Our Republic cannot survive such a political infection and you have an obligation to this country to clear the air.”

Donalds discussed Grassley’s letter and the $200,000 check Jim Biden wrote to his brother Joe Biden.

The House Oversight Committee has no IRS records or loan documents confirming the $200,000 check Jim Biden wrote to his brother Joe Biden in 2018 was a ‘loan repayment.’

A couple of weeks ago, Comer uncovered a $200,000 direct payment to Joe Biden.

In 2018, Jim Biden received $600,000 in ‘loans’ from Americore Health LLC, a failing/bankrupt rural hospital operator. According to bankruptcy documents, Jim Biden received the loans “based upon representations that his last name Biden could open doors and that he could obtain a large investment from the Middle East based on his political connections.”

On March 1, 2018, Americore Health LLC wired a $200,000 payment to Jim and Sara Biden’s personal bank account. On that very same day, Jim Biden then wrote a $200,000 check to Joe Biden, AKA, “The Big Guy.”

Jim Biden defrauded Americore with false claims he could save the company with the Biden name – and Joe Biden benefited from the fraud.

Congressman Donalds said Oversight Committee is actively finding new evidence of Biden corruption every day.

“Now we’re starting to see the transactions that went to Joe Biden – money actually going into his hands,” Rep. Donalds told Maria Bartiromo. “One of the things that I believe we’re gonna uncover is that there were payments made on behalf of Joe Biden where they didn’t give the money to him, but the money was spent on his behalf.”

Sam Bankman-Fried Finally Deposes in His Defense, Gets Scolded by the Judge – Will Face Brutal Cross-Examination and Mysterious Rebuttal Witness | The Gateway Pundit

Disgraced former billionaire Sam Bankman-Fried finally had his say in his high profile trial, considered to be ‘one of the biggest fraud prosecutions in history’.

But, according to all reports, he failed to score any significant wins, and now will have to face on Monday a brutal cross-examination by Manhattan federal prosecutors, and also a mysterious “rebuttal” witness to contradict his claims.

The crypto bro showed no emotions as he tried to evade of for his alleged $10 billion fraud, claiming it went under because of ‘mistakes’, not crimes.

The New York Post reported:

“’We are expecting a brief rebuttal case’, a member of the federal prosecution team told Judge Lewis Kaplan after jurors were sent home for the day. The feds did not identify the witness or explain how they would ‘rebut’ aspects of the accused crypto crook’s account.

The accused crypto thief — who is charged with splurging with FTX user funds on such luxurious goodies as millions of dollars in Bahamas real estate — testified Friday, ‘We thought we could build the best product on the market’, when asked by his lawyer why he founded his company. The lawyer, Mark Cohen, replied, ‘Did it work out that way?’ Bankman-Fried […] responded a flat, nasally monotone, ‘No, it turned out basically the opposite of that. A lot of people got hurt’.”

SBF displayed little to no remorse in his testimony, as he claimed that FTX had ‘significant oversights’ in its ‘risk management’.

“He also accused his ex-girlfriend Caroline Ellison, who served as CEO of his hedge fund Alameda Research, of not ‘hedging’ the company’s bets months before the feds say Bankman-Fried stole FTX funds to pay off Alameda’s multibillion-dollar debt.”

Bankman-Fried said he made ‘a number of small mistakes and a number of large mistakes’ while running FTX, but he denied ‘taking’ customer funds.

“’Did you defraud anyone?’ Bankman-Fried’s lawyer asked him shortly after he took the stand just before 10 a.m. ‘No, I did not’, the defendant replied.”

He also tried to distance himself from computer code that allowed Alameda to ‘borrow’ FTX users’ funds.

Mostly he tried to sell the image of a young entrepreneur who did the best he could.

Washington Post reported:

“The first three hours of his testimony saw no revelations as his lawyers worked to bolster a narrative Bankman-Fried has promoted since the November collapse of his cryptocurrency exchange, FTX: Mistakes were made, but he always acted in good faith.

Bankman-Fried gave long, rambling answers to the questions posed by defense attorney Mark Cohen. On multiple occasions, U.S. District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan asked him to stop talking. At one point, Kaplan admonished Bankman-Fried for trying to provide his own definition of market manipulation. ‘You will take what I say manipulation means’, the judge told him and the jury.”

Bankman-Fried will be the only witness called by the defense team.

“Bankman-Fried spent the first hour of Friday’s testimony recounting his upbringing, which included summer math camps and living in a college fraternity that was ‘co-ed, nerdy and dry’. He told of his time working as a trader for Jane Street, and the early days of founding his Alameda Research hedge fund out of an Airbnb filled with cardboard boxes.

[…] Bankman-Fried said he handed the reins of Alameda to former girlfriend Caroline Ellison and Sam Trabucco in the summer of 2021, when he became too busy with FTX to manage the hedge fund’s day-to-day operations. Bankman-Fried said he envisioned Ellison as the people manager and Trabucco as the risk manager, but when Trabucco left the firm soon after for an ‘early retirement’, Ellison was left managing both. When Cohen asked whether FTX had a risk management team, Bankman-Fried said, ‘We sure should have, but no we did not’.”

In his testimony, Bankman-Fried tries to accomplish the difficult task of reversing, in the minds of the jury, the weeks of hearing damning testimony from the disgraced crypto bro’s top deputies.

UAW, Stellantis Reach Tentative Agreement For Contract | The Gateway Pundit

The UAW on Saturday reached a tentative agreement in their labor negotiations with Stellantis, a company that makes Jeeps.

For the first time in the history of the 150,000-member United Auto Workers Union, members went on strike against the “Big 3” manufacturers last month after no labor agreement was reached.

The agreement is similar to the one the UAW reached with Ford on Wednesday. It includes 25% increases in wage for the duration of the contract and a bonus as well. Over 3,000 employees that were not long-term would be made permanent at a minimum of $21 per hour.

Fox News reported:

The United Auto Workers reached a tentative agreement on a labor contract Saturday with Jeep-maker Stellantis.

The deal is based off a similar four-and-a-half-year contract with Ford this week, according to the Detroit Free Press, which said according to sources includes wage increases of 25% throughout the life of the contract, and a $5,000 ratification bonus.

More than 3,200 supplemental employees would also be made permanent with a starting a pay of $21 an hour.

The Gateway Pundit recently reported that the UAW reached a tentative agreement on Wednesday with automaker Ford.

The United Auto Workers union reached a tentative deal with Ford Wednesday evening, according to ABC News.

The “Big 3” include Ford, General Motors, and Stellantis, the newly-formed merger of Fiat Chrysler and the PSA Group.

“Key demands from the union have included 40% hourly pay increases; a reduced, 32-hour, workweek; a shift back to traditional pensions; the elimination of compensation tiers; and a restoration of cost-of-living adjustments. Other items on the table include enhanced retiree benefits and better vacation and family leave benefits,” CNBC reported.

Covering petite gals from every angle, Boden has a dedicated petite jeans section featuring trend-led, seasonal styles, and it allows you to shop the core jeans selection by leg length. Really, the brand has thought of everything when it comes to shopping for shorter legs. I had never shopped from the brand before now, but I opted for the dark wash wide-leg denim with a 28-inch leg length, and I have to say, I was blown away. They’re soft, comfortable and look a lot more expensive than they actually are. I’ve even had a huge number of compliments on them, and they seem like a formal enough fit to wear into the office too.

River Island Petite Blue High Waist Flare Jeans, £45

Finding flared jeans as a petite person seems like the hardest challenge out of all the styles simply because if you decide to just take up a regular length flare, you end up cutting off the signature part of the style. Luckily, River Island has come through with this petite pair that’s incredibly comfortable (although I would say they will probably still be a bit long for those 5’ and under).

If you’re looking for a luxury jeans brand, then I’d encourage you to give Frame a go. With a handful of styles such as this one, now available in petite sizing, the buttery soft designer denim brand is sure to suit smaller legs just perfectly. The palazzo cut is quite striking and really does hold its shape, and, thanks to its shorter size, there’s no tripping over hems or having them trail on the floor. I’ve also bought the cropped-length regular-sized jeans from this brand before, and after six years of regular wear, they still look good as new.

M&S Sienna Supersoft Straight Leg Jeans, £32.50

I’m starting to lose count of the number of people who have told me how great M&S jeans are, and after finally taking the plunge and trying a pair, I have to say they aren’t wrong. Not only are these jeans a purse-friendly price point, but they’re also incredibly comfortable thanks to a cotton, polyester and elastane blend. They’re super soft and stretchy and actually seem to mould to your body without that regular restricting jeans feeling. And, for us smaller-legged folk, every style is available in short, regular and long lengths, so there’s no short supply of options either. Of course, for those who like a heavy-weight denim, this may not be the best design for you. But for anyone choosing comfort, be sure to make a beeline for M&S.

Good American Always Fits Good Petite Straight Jeans, £170

Good American’s Always Fits jeans are a game-changer, especially for those who fluctuate between sizes. Stretching across four different sizes, the high-stretch jeans adapt to your body’s monthly, yearly or even weekly changes so you can feel comfortable without that typical jean tugging or tightness. Now available in a shorter length, they’re an even better fit for petite people too.

Everlane The ’90s Cheeky Jean, £108, £81

For a big, baggy, 90s-style jean, Everlane has the perfect pick. Leaning into the Y2K vibe, of course, I opted for the light-wash denim and definitely wasn’t disappointed. With leg length options of 26.5, 28.5 and 30.5 inches, you can truly tailor these jeans to find just the right fit. But being 100% cotton, they have that heavy denim feel and are rather rigid, so sizing isn’t too generous. The brand has noted these run a little large, so best to try a size down for a more figure-hugging fit.

New Look Black Cargo Jeans, £34.99

Now, it has been a long time since I’ve worn New Look, the brand that saw me through my teenage years, but after trying on the budget-friendly jeans, I’m now firmly a fan again. These black cargo jeans not only look incredibly cool but are super soft on the skin and haven’t yet faded after a good few washes. What I would say is that the brand comes up quite small, in every sense of the word. Waists are too tight and lengths are clearly on the shorter side (these jeans are part of the regular collection, not specifically tailored towards petite pals), which is great for us shorter-legged folk but not the best for standard sizing. I would recommend everyone to size up by one or two dress sizes, just so you don’t have to fight with the fabric.

Ro & Zo Petite Wide-Leg Jeans, £79

For petite people, wide-leg jeans are probably the hardest fit to find because you can’t simply snip off the hem without losing the fashionable flare. This option from Ro & Zo, however, takes all the stress out of buying this style thanks to a perfectly petite palazzo shape that falls just below the ankle. The heavy-weight denim also feels (and looks) more on the luxurious side with a dark wash shade and highly structured shape, and I’m sure the brand’s wider petite range is probably just as impressive.

Levi’s 501 Crop Jeans, £100

When it comes to jeans, few brands are more famous than Levi’s, and the 501 style has been a staple for 50 years. They’re hard wearing, work great with almost any outfit and with inseam lengths of 26 to 30 inches on this crop style, come up perfectly at the ankles of us petite people. Any eagle-eyed readers will probably spot that these jeans didn’t exactly fit, leaving me with a wide-open waistband thanks to a combination of choosing the wrong size and the fabric having not one centimetre of stretch. This non-stretch style does, I’m sure, make them more durable, but do be more cautious than I was when choosing your sizing, lest you be left with your knickers on show. But, once you’re secured your right size, they’re sure to be a staple in your wardrobe for many (many) years to come.

Angry New Yorkers Confront Man Tearing Down Flyers of Missing Israelis: ‘You Don’t Have a F—ing Right to Touch That S—’ (VIDEO) | The Gateway Pundit

A man caught tearing down flyers of people missing since the Hamas attacks on Israel in New York was confronted by a group of men who were clearly angry about it.

The men make it clear that they are not Jewish but that this is still America and that the man had no right to touch or remove the flyers.

It’s a very old-school New York moment.

New Yorkers have had enough garbage from people seemingly supporting Hamas.

There’s been a disgusting level of support for Hamas in America following the October 7th terrorist attack in Israel. More than 1,400 people were killed, including dozens of Americans, and hundreds were taken hostage. It’s believed 10 Americans are being held hostage…

A group of construction workers in the Forest Hills neighborhood saw a man ripping down photos of the hostages, and a man named Paulie and his crew decided it was time for a talk, according to the New York Post.

They asked the guy what the hell he was doing, told him to knock it off and the conversation was far from a polite man. In fact, the unidentified man ripping down signs was so unashamed of his behavior that he continued to do it while being confronted and filmed. Paulie was LIVID.

In the video, one man says:

I’m not f*cking Jewish. He’s not Jewish. I don’t know if he is or not. Doesn’t f*cking matter. This is f*cking the USA. This is New York City. You don’t have a f*cking right to touch that shit. This is a free country. You can wave your Palestine flag and say, ‘Death to the Jews or America’ or whatever you want, but we can put up f*cking signs, okay. You are doing something. You’re offending us motherf*cker.

Matthew Perry’s Haunting Last Photo Before Death | The Gateway Pundit

“Friends” star Matthew Perry died on Saturday of an apparent ‘drowning’ at his home in Los Angeles. He was 54.

Matthew Perry played Chandler Bing on the highly popular sit-com “Friends” from 1994-2004.

Perry, who was public about his struggles with alcohol and drug addiction, was reportedly found at his own home in a hot tub after law enforcement responded to a call for cardiac arrest around 4 pm local time.

In 2016, Perry said in an interview that he doesn’t remember filming 3 seasons of ‘Friends’ because he was so deep in his addiction.

According to TMZ, no drugs were found at the scene.

Matthew Perry had reportedly played 2 hours of pickleball on Saturday morning and sent his assistant to run some errands. When the assistant returned to Perry’s home, he found him unresponsive and dialed 911, TMZ reported.

Perry posted one last haunting photo of himself in a hot tub a few days before he was found dead… in a hot tub.

“Oh, so warm water swirling around makes you feel good? I’m Mattman,” Matthew Perry said in a post on Instagram this week shortly before his death.

“We are devastated by the passing of our dear friend Matthew Perry,” Warner Bros., producer of “Friends,” said in a statement. “Matthew was an incredibly gifted actor and an indelible part of the Warner Bros. Television Group family. The impact of his comedic genius was felt around the world, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of so many. This is a heartbreaking day, and we send our love to his family, his loved ones, and all of his devoted fans.”

“The Los Angeles Police Department’s robbery-homicide detectives are investigating the death. The cause of death will be determined at a later date by the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.” The Los Angeles Times reported.

Democrat strategist James Carville, also known as the Ragin’ Cajun, was part of the team that helped Bill Clinton win the presidency twice.

You may not agree with his politics, but he definitely knows the business of elections and how to win.

Carville is trying to sound the alarm to members of his party about Joe Biden’s awful poll numbers but claims he is being told by top Dems to shut up about it.

Democrat Leaders Pressure Strategist to Shut Up About Joe Biden’s Low Polling Numbers

A prominent Democrat strategist claims that “leading” party members are pressuring him to shut up about President Joe Biden’s low polling numbers in the lead-up to the 2024 election.

James Carville, a long-time political consultant who worked on both Bill and Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaigns, told the Atlantic that Biden’s numbers are “not good” and that Democrats are trying to get him to stop talking about it.

In a Friday article about Rep. Dean Phillips’ (D-MN) newly announced bid to primary Biden, Carville said that his own party members are telling him to hush up about the difficulty the president is facing in his reelection attempt, but not because he’s wrong — his words are just upsetting them.

“Nobody is saying, ‘James, you’re wrong,’” he said. “They’re saying, ‘James, you can’t say that.’”

“I’m looking at polling data, and I’m looking at all of it. The president’s numbers are just not good—and they’re not getting any better,” he argued.
