E.D. Martin is a writer with a knack for finding new jobs in new places. Born and raised in Illinois, her past incarnations have included bookstore barista in Indiana, college student in southern France, statistician in North Carolina, economic development analyst in North Dakota, and high school teacher in Iowa. She draws on her experiences to tell the stories of those around her, with a generous heaping of "what if" thrown in.

She currently lives in Illinois where she job hops while working on her novels.

Her debut novel, The Lone Wolf (re-released as Yours to Keep or Throw Aside), was published by Evolved Publishing in Dec 2013.

Spring 2021 goal review

Clyde happens

Clyde from Heartsbane still does not care about my goals.

Once again, it’s time for my quarterly check-in to see how I’m doing with the goals I set for myself in January.

E.D. Martin and 1 other person liked Samyann's review of Tim and Sara:
Tim and Sara by E.D. Martin
"Tim and Sara by E.D. Martin is a nice story with characters to care about. A surprise ending. This is a deep look into fragile minds, victims of sadness, coping as best they know how. Fascinating study of the human condition, and how we need to trust" Read more of this review »
A Place to Die by E.D. Martin
"What a lovely short story, this is the first book I have read by the author E.D.Martin, and it deserves the 5 stars I've given. I don't like leaving spoilers as I believe everyone should experience novels themselves. What I will say is the author man" Read more of this review »
