“Ideas are cheap. Writing them into a freakin' 90k word novel is the hard part.”
Ellie Ann

“She could kiss him. The urge felt almost overwhelming. his bated breath. His lips, so near, parted in concentration. Perhaps that was the proper thought before death's door. This kiss would be the best last gift the earth had to offer her. He was so beautiful, and she'd wanted it for years. It was time to take it.”
Ellie Ann, The Silver Sickle

“words lingered like a fart in a hot shower.”
Ellie Ann, Slice of Life: A Multimedia Fairy Tale

“I learned that the world didn't see the inside of you, that it didn't care a whit about the hopes and dreams, and sorrows, that lay masked by skin and bone. It was as simple, as absurd, and as cruel as that.”
Khaled Hosseini, And the Mountains Echoed

“You don’t marry someone you can live with, you marry the person who you cannot live without.”
Aleatha Romig, Consequences

“Love of life is born of the awareness of death, of the dread of it.”
Ian Fleming, The Spy Who Loved Me
