Dana Middleton grew up in Georgia before moving to Los Angeles to work in film, television and theatre. She was a producer of an Academy Award-nominated short film, and is a recipient of a Los Angeles Theatre Ovation Award. Her middle grade novels include The Infinity Year of Avalon James and Open If You Dare. She's also the author of the Harry Potter reference book, The Young American's Unofficial Guide to the Very British World of Harry Potter.
