Award-winning author and etiquette expert Beth Brainard is a civil kids advocate. She ran her own corporate consulting firm specializing in social skills and business protocol, developed and taught K-6 children's etiquette curriculum, hosted a radio talk show for parents called "Kids Don't Come With an Owner's Manual" and helped draft the intellectual foundation for the K-12 Character Counts! program. To put her kids through college she directed communications efforts for divisions of Disney World and Harvard University.
