I was born at a time when only rich people had rugs on the floor or TV's to watch. Most people I knew were status seekers...by the grace of God I did not become one. I grew up in a time when the institutions (church, school, government) were actually somewhat helpful to parents raising children. When I was a young guy, I was rated in the high genius range for IQ. But, by the time I was in college, I was heavily involved with drugs and drinking, making me a brilliant stupid loser. As a result, I spent much of my life working at menial jobs, with a period of homelessness in the early 70's.

I suppose I'm a slow learner, but a last I'm starting to use the brain that God gave me. Recently, I published an eBook,THE VILLAGE ON THE EDGE OF THE SEA,
