There is no one else comparable to the enigma that she personifies. I've always wanted to write a story about time travel, as I think it is such an interesting concept, and I thought it would be fun to explore changing the fate of the blonde starlet. Marilyn was such a complex individual, I knew it would be fun to research her life and personality, and put my own spin on such a famous woman. 11/22/63 by Stephen King is one of my favorite books, so I also drew some inspiration from it. However, in that novel, while JFK is merely a supporting character in the background, I wanted Marilyn to be the focus of my tale.(less)

They always say every year passes you by quicker than the last, but this is starting to feel like I’m on a roller coaster. That’s not to say that this year hasn’t been wonderful so far, because it has been. It’s just been kind of all over the place.

To sum it up dr... Read more of this blog post »

I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn
“I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they're right, you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.”
