Miles Gentry has been for many years, a student and researcher of religious mythology and symbolism, philosophy, psychology, as well as metaphysics and the esoteric traditions. Recognizing the vast hypocrisy and failure of religion in general, yet realizing the need for spiritual growth, he has tirelessly searched for answers to the fundamental and perennial questions of life.

Having formulated his discoveries and revelations into his newest work - Spontaneous Combustion: Enlightenment and the Cosmic Crucible - Miles continues to focus his energy on the awakening of consciousness and the reconciliation of opposites we know as duality.

Pensées by Blaise Pascal
“Anyone who does not see the vanity of the world is very vain himself. So who does not see it, apart from young people whose lives are all noise, diversions, and thoughts for the future?
But take away their diversion and you will see them bored to extinction. Then they feel their nullity without recognizing it, for nothing could be more wretched than to be intolerably depressed as soon as one is reduced to introspection with no means of diversion.”

“It is certain that such a revolution in thought - that is, such an expansion of consciousness, such an evolution of intelligence - is not the result of a whim. It is in fact a question of a cosmic influence to which the earth, along with everything in it, is subjected. A phase in the gestation of the planetary particle of our solar system is completed. Gaston Bachelard observes, in this connection, what he calls “a mutation of Spirit.” A new period must begin, and this is heralded by seismic movement, climate changes, and finally, above all, by the spirit that animates man.”
Schwaller de Lubicz
