Thanks for asking this question. I'm so happy to hear you loved The Summer I Learned To Dive and The Year I Almost Drowned. At this time, I don't plan to write a 3rd book in that series. The past few years, I've been busy writing all 3 books in The Hearts of Haines Series, and I've recently finished working on a young adult romance novel titled: It Started With A Whisper. It's scheduled for release on June 1st. I'm not saying I'll never write a 3rd book for Finn and Jesse, just at this time, I'm focused on other projects. Thanks again for asking.(less)

I really enjoyed this fun romp. A fresh look at a chicklit book. Crazy characters on a vow of silence. I loved it all. "

"Received in exchange for a honest review.

When Shannon approached me with the book, I was excited to read-skeptical but excited. Skeptical because Shannon has not really written a book like this so I wasn’t sure how her writing style would translate o" Read more of this review »

“You can't have expectations. You just have to do it. If you go into it expecting something, then you'll always be disappointed. Just dive.”
Shannon McCrimmon, The Summer I Learned to Dive

“He leaned down and placed his lips on mine and gave me the most delicious kiss of my entire life. I saw fireworks light up the night sky. My heart beat like a drum. I knew without a shadow of a doubt that I loved him, and that made this kiss the best of my entire life. This kiss was the real thing.”
Shannon McCrimmon, The Year I Almost Drowned

“I mean," he said swimming closer to me, "you've lived your entire life too afraid to live off balance. You've stuck to this plan of yours and it's keep you from experiencing life. So, if you're too afraid to try and dive, then stay here and swim." He swam away from me and started walking out of the water.-Loc 3172”
