A Wall Street Journal bestselling author, Larissa loves to tell funny, sweet stories about sassy Southern women looking for love (and sometimes dead bodies) in all the wrong places, like in her award-winning Cherry Tucker Mystery, Maizie Albright Star Detective, and/or Finley Goodhart Crime Caper series. You might have seen Larissa and her family with their little dog, Biscuit, on HGTV's House Hunters International "Living for the Weekend in Nagoya" episode. They’re back in Georgia where Biscuit has a bigger yard but now has to live with thunderstorms.

I forgot to post yesterday, but it was #oyakodon - Japanese chicken & rice- which is a family staple so it’ll show up in rotation. Tonight is me trying to get rid of the $&*¥ quinoa and do #tacotuesday, so a kind of texmex chili. It’s also vegetarian. If anything, our colons will be happy… #365dinners #whatsfordinner #reinhartseat #quinoa (at Peachtree City, Georgia)

The Mystery of the Unmatched Sock and What Is That Smell In the Fridge wouldn't make compelling stories. Plenty of motive, means, and opportunity but not enough suspects for a good mystery. Although the dog would be an interesting red herring.
