BLOG TALK RADIO and ME…. What an adventure!

This is not a normal blog post.
Last Saturday, I had my FIRST Radio Interview.
I had shamelessly plugged it on my blog and Facebook page for a couple of weeks.
It was not what I expected.  It was two hours long, and it took a heck of a lot of coffee to talk on a Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. for two hours straight.
The interviewer, Janice Ross, was so nice and accommodating.  She instantly put me at ease.  I couple of calls came through, but obviously 8:00 p.m. is very early for night owls like all of us.
Caller Sebastian Cole Author of Sand Dollar: A Story of Undying Love won the autographed book of Charmeine.

I have the link here and I hope you listen to some of it.

Heating up… preview “SEDITIOUS” the 4th Novel in “The Light-Bearer Series” by Emily Guido

Lord Cromwell 1“Okay, we have to imprison Lord Cromwell, check,” and Charmeine held up her hand making a check mark in the air.
“Listen Sis, we need to tell you of how daunting Lord Cromwell is,” Hameal remarked as his face became stoic with a very serious look.
“Some of Earth’s darkest times were influenced by him,” Hera added.
“We know his deeds from our holds in Heaven,” Laura said as she folded her arms across her chest and sat back with a distant look. “We could see the loss of life and destruction he caused by clouding men’s minds. It’s a pretty lengthy list.”
“Yeah Mom, he was the one to influence building the Tower of Babel,” Sandra chimed in.
“The actual Tower of Babel?  But how…?” Charmeine asked.
“Generations following the great flood with Noah, we, the people of the Earth spoke one language,” Dmitri interrupted her and had a far off look on his face.
With a glimmer of recognition, Tabbruis added, “We migrated from the east, and came to the land of Shinar.”
“Where the people resolved to build a city with a tower,” Thomas said with a black face.
“The tower was supposed to have its top in the heavens…” Hameal murmured.
“Lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the Earth,” Neal grumbled.
“And so God scattered them upon the face of the Earth, and confused their languages, and they left off building the city.” Laura welled in tears.
Charmeine asked, “You knew each other then?”
They all shook their heads no.
“We did not know each other then, but we lived the same history,” Tabbruis replied.
Thomas uttered with a face of reminiscence, “The Tower which was called Babel because God confounded the language of all the Earth.”
“I’m constantly amazed at the history you all have shared.” Charmeine’s face lit up when she heard about the events they lived through.
Tabbruis snapped, “Charmeine, you romanticize history, but those who have lived it, are traumatized by it!”
She looked at him with surprise. He never lost his temper until Bathsheba came. She felt like her heart was bleeding.
“Amen to that, Tabbruis!” Laura blurted out. “Charmeine, you have no idea how lucky you were to appear on Earth in 1997. Some of us have had to live through Hell.”
Hameal could see Charmeine was still hurt from Tabbruis’ retorts. He tried to change the subject. “The assassination of Julius Caesar was from his doing. Cromwell also influenced Hernán Cortés who was mainly responsible for the Spanish conquest of the Aztec Empire. The carnage of the people and rape of the land was immeasurable.”
“Mom, the Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria, heir to the Austro-Hungarian throne, and his wife, Duchess of Hohenberg, were assassinated on June 28, 1914, in Sarajevo. Their deaths were the impetus for World War I, and we believe this pitiful excuse for a Blood-Hunter is guilty,” Shane said with a frown.
“How can he wield such power?” Charmeine asked. She tried not to get sick and said, “But, two questions weigh on my mind. First and foremost, how did Pascal overcome the influence of Lord Cromwell? Second, why didn’t Pascal kill him? Why imprison him when he knew he was such a threat to the Blood-Hunters?”
“We do not know, but I feel positive the family will find out those answers,” Tabbruis replied. “Nevertheless Charmeine, you need to know what kind of a force we are dealing with.  Lord Cromwell will not be easy to defeat. I am afraid the Elder Council was just a warm up for our family’s strength to be tested on Earth.”

Things are heating up!
A friend told me last week, “Seditious is one of those novels that really make you sit on the edge of your seat.”
I took that as a real compliment, and it made my day!  I was smiling from ear to ear.
I hope today you have a good thing said to that makes your day!

5 STAR REVIEW OF
“A Night of Frivolity”

http://sheronparris.wordpress.com/2013/04/21/new-review-for-a-night-of-frivolity/

 Truthfully, I don’t liken myself a fan of Anne Rice or even much period piece literature, so I went into this short story with mixed feelings. That being said, having finished the story – I have to say, I was impressed. Despite not being a fan of the genre, S.C. Parris still managed to captivate me with the style and prose of which it was written and delivered a really good and interesting tale. I’m not going to delve much into the storyline since it is a new release and I’m not looking to spoil, but I have to give props to anyone who can get me fully invested in a story, regardless of how long or short, in spite of having a pre-conceived stance on the genre of which it happens to reside. ANoF is a worthwhile read, not just for horror fans, but for readers in general. I recommend.

INTERVIEW WITH SHERON PARRIS

http://beforesunrisepress.com/post/45753403475/recently-our-staff-interviewer-billie-watts-sat

To start things off, how about you introduce yourself to readers who many not be familiar?
“I’m Sheron Sylvestre (pen name S.C. Parris), I live on Long Island with my family and my Siberian Husky. I’ve written stories and poems for as long as I can remember, had half-starts with stories when I was younger, and had a poem published in a book of students’ poetry in middle school. I’ve explored many avenues of art, such as drawing and the like, but the things that have stayed with me have been writing (books, poems, screenplays), and acting. I guess I’m just drawn to the written word – or at least story-telling.”
Who would you cite as your primary influences?
“Edgar Allan Poe jump-started my love of writing. His macabre, grim, yet beautiful way of penning a horror story/poem reached my adolescent heart in ways I didn’t even realize would influence me so directly. J.K. Rowling is, of course, another inspiration of mine as I’ve read her books since my mother pushed the first Harry Potter in my hands and told me it was okay to read. I believe it’s Misses Rowling that’s really inspired me to set aside the short stories and poems and delve into full-length stories. I also pick up bits and pieces from all authors’ works I read, far too many to name, of course.”
Why don’t you tell us, without spoiling anything, what your short story is about?
“A woman with a head for rebellion meets her match in a strange man on a night out in town.”
You actively chose to set the story in the 1700s. What was it about that era that you found so appealing?

“Ah, I’ve always been drawn to the cobble-stoned streets, gas-lit lamps, and horse drawn carriages that marked that period. There was always something magical about it and I guess I find it somehow easier to draw upon the world and characters that live (and thrive) in that time. I have been called an “old soul” by many.”
Recently the whole ‘vampire’ genre has undergone a complete makeover as a result of the Twilight series, and I think a lot would argue for the worse. Where do you stand on Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight series?
“I read New Moon first without knowing it was part of a series and there were many times that I literally threw the book across the room – I’m obviously not a fan of what Mrs. Meyer has “done” to the vampire genre. […] I believe that she hasn’t really done anything to the vampire genre – only put her own bizarre twist on these creatures and called them ‘vampire’. Regardless, there is something enigmatic about vampires, about the burdens they face, their lust for something they cannot possess freely – it’s all fascinating to me and it always has been. (My mother confessed to watching tons of vampire movies while I was still in the womb.)”
Where do you think your interest stemmed from?
“I believe my first (memorable) encounter with vampires was in the movie Bram Stoker’s Dracula (1992) – I was equal parts horrified and enamored with the creature that wrapped so many around his long finger. The lore has stayed with me ever since.”
In your opinion, what do you consider the greatest vampire story ever told?
“As I’m not yet finished reading the original novel of  Dracula  by the one and only Bram Stoker, I can’t count it as one of the greatest ever told, though it sure is shaping up that way. Of all the vampire novels I’ve read and movies I’ve seen, I’m hard pressed to name one that’s stood out to me as the greatest ever told. If movies are allowed in this, I would say the movie adaptation of Interview with the Vampire has stuck with me as a great vampire story, though I haven’t read the original novel so I’m not certain how much weight that holds.”
Do you have any other writing projects coming up? What other genres do you like to explore?
“I have many. I’ve self-published two vampire/fantasy novels ( The Dark World  &  The Immortal’s Guide ) in the past two years and I’ve three more in that series due out soon. Besides those, I’ve many other projects lined up to be completed either this year or within the next two. One of those being a paranormal romance set in modern times currently entitled ‘Judgment’ and another that will be the start of a new series, a purely fantasy/adventure novel set around an assassin/mercenary and his band of hired men as they go around their deceptive world, doing the most untouchable work for the highest pay.”

Who is she to you? from “SEDITIOUS” 4th Novel in “The Light-Bearer Series” by Emily Guido COMING SOON

78493349Once in the hospital, Dr. Laura ordered Sandra and Thomas into action to care for the dark and beautiful woman. They hovered around the table like a team from an emergency room.
The rest of the family stood back.
Tabbruis and Dmitri were in the front, and stared at the woman on the table.
2002-long-blonde“Who is this Bath-person?” Charmeine was filled with anger, fury, and most of all, jealousy!
 “I don’t care who she is. I’m saving her life. Everyone who isn’t helping, get out now!” Laura commanded.
“You heard the doctor, out!” Sandra ordered.
As the family moved out of the room, Charmeine grabbed Tabbruis by the arm. She saw he was in actual pain. “Look me in the eyes, and tell me who this woman is to you.”
He shook his head and protested, “Wait with the questions, Charmeine? I do not know if Bathsheba is even going to live yet.”
The worry he had for the woman was apparent to her.
Dmitri reassured Tabbruis, “Laura is a good doctor. She will find a way to save Bathsheba. Do not fear, Brother.”
“Tabbruis? Who is this Bath-Bitch to you?” Charmeine hissed as the her heart began to pump feeling as jealousy like a poison throughout her body.
david_gandy_by_a_s_design-d4td4b9He gave her a drop-dead look. Annoyed, he put his hands over his eyes, rubbed them and shook his head. Suddenly, be yelled, “Not now, Charmeine! Not now! And her name is Bathsheba! You should address her with her proper name. Do you hear me? Do you?”
She crossed her hands over her body as to shield herself from the harshness of his words and turned away. The baby turned flip-flops because she felt like she had been kicked in the stomach. The emotions of hate and ire stirred inside as she hung her head and went to the corner of the hallway outside of the hospital. “God, what is going on? He’s never been hateful to me. Now she’s here, and I’m nothing?” she whispered. It seemed she didn’t matter at all to him.
sad-woman-holding-stomach-270-thumb-270x270Hameal saw Charmeine’s pain and gave a fierce look to Tabbruis and Dmitri. “My God, she is with child! How can you two be so cruel? Especially you, Tabbruis!” His hand sparked red as he pointed to them.
She put her head on the wall for support. “It’s okay Hameal. I’m fine.” Charmeine scowled at Tabbruis, “I can take care of myself,” and turned her heavy head the other way.
Hameal put his hand on her shoulder and bent down to look in her eyes, “Come and sit with me. You need to rest, Charmeine.”

Ruination… “Seditious” the 3rd Novel in “The Light-Bearer Series” by Emily Guido COMING SOON!!

Comar41In the hospital hallway, the rays of the sun peaked through the windows. Shane hung his head and missed Char already. He could sense she wasn’t on the property anymore.
Neal said with a soft pat on the back, “Come Shane, let us go check on the guests. We need to make sure this trouble is not being caused by them.”

black-man1

Shane nodded and gave his father a disgusted look.
Neal and Shane left.
Ever since he laid eyes on Bathsheba, Tabbruis was in a private Hell. All he thought was, ‘God, how can she be alive?’ He could not comprehend what happened, his mind was clouded and everyone around him seemed inconsequential. When Charmeine tried to talk to him, he could not even imagine how he could explain his relationship with her. He just wanted Bathsheba to be okay.
Dmitri put his hand on his shoulder and tried to comfort him.
sadness-and-fear_2471364Tabbruis could see Dmitri’s pain also.
‘I cannot understand what is happening,’ Dmitri thought as he hung his head. He looked at Hera, and saw the sting of her disapproving eyes drill into his soul.
She turned around and comforted the children.
Dmitri could hear her tell them everything would be alright. He could see his family was wounded, but he turned away. They were able to see his actions on Earth while in Heaven. He shuddered with a cold chill down his spine and turned red from shame.
4648261_300Tabbruis looked at Hera and the children while they cried. He thought, ‘How can I tell Charmeine about Bathsheba? How can I explain?’
Tabbruis and Dmitri were ashamed and out of control whenever it came to the attractive Bathsheba. They never had restraint in her presence and became brutal adversaries for her affection. She always tried to drive a wedge in-between them. In a final showdown, they almost annihilated each other to win her like a prize. They were ripped apart as Brothers because of their inner, animalistic drives. Bathsheba was almost their ruination!

Lord Cromwell… coming soon SEDITIOUS 4th novel in “The Light-Bearer Series” by Emily Guido

gallery-69-image-647
“Tell me about Lord Cromwell,” Charmeine asked.
“He is at the Lanesborough Hotel in London,” Tabbruis replied. “I do not know if this is a permanent or transitory residence.” He looked across the table, “Hameal, what have you found out?”
Like a GQ model, Hameal slicked back his black hair, and reported, “We have two friends, Muriel and Kristina, who are both well-connected among the Light-Bearer network. Muriel told us that the Lanesborough Hotel has been under surveillance ever since the location was revealed. The network believes it to be his permanent residence because he has taken over the top floor. Much of the staff has had their minds clouded. The death toll and people reported missing has gone up in London. The Light-Bearers are sure it is only a matter of time before the Blood-Hunters are discovered.”
“Through the Light-Bearer network, they were able to surmise Lord Cromwell’s plan is to neutralize the London area with his talents of clouding minds,” Neal added. He turned and looked at Charmeine, “We deduced, and it was confirmed today Lord Cromwell means to capture you, my Queen. We believe you are his prime target, and it appears, he will do anything to get at you.”
baby_1900495b“Yes, I’m prepared to battle him,” she sighed and took a big breath. “I know God has given me the gifts and my family to do it. But my chief objective is to keep Baby Hunter safe…” she rubbed her belly and held it. “The baby must be unharmed. I have faith God will help me. I cannot be scared. If I let that emotion in, it will consume me.”
Tabbruis felt her fear. He put his hand on her shoulder and on Baby Hunter. He smiled, and reassured her.
She relaxed and smiled at him.
“I am your Protector as always. For all of the family,” Neal resolved. “Especially for little Baby Hunter, I will guard your child with my life.”
Dmitri1“Yes, we all will watch your baby,” Dmitri said as he looked at everyone. “Baby Hunter is our family, and my Queen, we always protect family!”
Everyone at the table nodded, and reassured Charmeine and Tabbruis they would defend Baby Hunter.
She smiled with relief and said, “Thank you.” She put her hand on Tabbruis’ face and looked in his eyes. She wanted him to know that she trusted him most of all.
 “My Queen, Lord Cromwell is heavily guarded,” Neal said with a furrowed brow. “His followers will do whatever he wants.”
“Muriel assured us they will monitor any movement in or out,” Hameal added.
akl_entrance2“Wait, you said the Light-Bearers were watching him, right?” Laura asked. “Then how did he send his men to the Disney Hotel to kidnap Charmeine if they did not come from the Lanesborough Hotel in London?”
“Good question Laura,” Thomas added. “They must have moved out before the operatives took up surveillance?”
“No, that is not the case,” Hameal said with a scowl. “They left from Heathrow Airport, in London, on March 3rd, but the Light-Bearer Network lost them.
Sandra grimaced and added, “Mom and Dad, Lord Cromwell’s squad was here, in Orlando, ready and waiting for ambush.” She took a crumpled receipt out of her pocket, and handed it to Charmeine.
When she saw it, her face went blank, and the slip of paper dropped through her fingers.
Tabbruis took the receipt as it fell out of her hand and gasped, “March 4th? But how? How did they know?”
ANhODphl11MfUDXytZjxyg-temp-upload.kjjivjen.320x480-75“We didn’t know either Dad until Sandra looked at the date on the receipt,” Shane replied. “She had a suspicion we’d been spied on. We searched our belongings for surveillance devices and bugs. Sandra found the bugs in our iPhones.”
 “You have to get rid of those phones,” Charmeine ordered in alarm. “He’ll know you’re here.”
“Chill Char, we weren’t born yesterday,” Shane laughed. “We destroyed our phones at the hotel and threw them away. Before we came to the house, we stopped off and bought a couple untraceable iPhones.”
Both Charmeine and Tabbruis took a sigh of relief.
“Nevertheless, we need to start making some security sweeps of everywhere we go, our iPhones, and our belongings routinely,” Shane advised.
Dmitri shook his head in disgust. “We need to get the equipment to do those security sweeps immediately.”

Shane and Sandra smiled wide and gave each other high fives. “Dmitri, we have the equipment, that’s what took us so long to get here. We called in a favor with a friend of ours from the Army, and he set us up. The equipment is in our bedroom. The house is clear, we checked before we came down.”

All of a sudden Sandra’s face went black, and she banged her hands on the table and yelled, “The bugging must have happened when we were in Greece!” She sighed out, “But we were surrounded by people sympathetic to our cause or at least, we thought so.”
Charmeine’s eyes widened and asked, “Do you believe we have a spy among us?”

With the world as it is…suspicion is everywhere.
I was thinking that when I wrote this passage.
It seems the only peace we can give ourselves is trust and love our loved ones.
Take care and hug your special person today!

REVIEW OF “EVERVILLE”

By crazypuce “Linda Hamonou” 5 STARS

As you follow Owen in his quest for greater good and restoring the balance in his world and Everville you are not just watching idly the story unfold in front of you. Owen has a way to make you inherent part of the story. You learn with him and his quest becomes your Odyssey. The world created by Roy Huff is filled with details and novelty. The characters don’t only move through the world but evolve and display great personality. There is a very strong line between good and evil and Roy Huff gives you clues through the entire book to help you discover by yourself what happens next.
I would recommend this book to anyone willing to undertake a journey to improve themselves following the lessons learned by Owen and his friends. I’m looking forward to the second part.

Feeling Sorry for Myself…. by Emily Guido “The Light-Bearer Series”

I wasn’t going to blog today.  But I wanted to write this, for some reason.
Seems to me I have been programmed. When I feel sad or blue, I have always been told these main things:
Keep a stiff upper lip, kiddo.
Cheer up, things will get better soon.  Have faith.
When God closes a door, He opens a window. Daylight hasn’t broken yet.
This one, I love…no one likes a party pooper!
Well, I’m here to say that being in a blue kind of situation, I was forcing myself to edit my up and coming book, Seditious.  I have my cup of tea and sat myself by a window. I can see the rain falling against the green leaves of the tree next to my window.  I was lost in editing, and I saw this passage.  It made me feel a bit better…

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
tumblr_m0oj3ayP1T1qgu8yro1_500Tabbruis rolled over and pulled Charmeine like a blanket next to him.
Exhausted and happy, she nestled against his body and laid her head on his chest.
The feel of their naked bodies against each other was sublime. The satisfaction of their arms around each other made them feel content.
“I’m forever yours,” she whispered as she clung to him.
“I am so happy you are in my arms, Charmeine.”
She smiled and yawned, “Like two peas in a pod…” and fell asleep in mid-sentence.
Tabbruis looked at her sweet face and peace settled upon him. Against his body, he felt his baby stir in her womb, and his contentment was complete.
6704372_l (1)He knew her wound from Bathsheba was deep. He vowed to do whatever he could to heal it. No longer did he doubt their love would survive. His life had purpose and meaning with her.
Tabbruis reflected how Charmeine gathered the family with her acceptance and love. She brought forth God’s light, and it emanated around her. She was honest, kind to a fault, and totally different from the abomination Bathsheba.
Slide1-1
Their path through life was painted with sedition, but Tabbruis knew the love they felt for each other would save them.
Lord Cromwell was a powerful and heinous threat, but together, with God, and their family, they would be able to carry out their mission. Tabbruis swore no one would take her away from him. He would be her Champion and Protector. She was his divine purpose in Heaven and on Earth.
Tabbruis kissed her head and whispered, “Semper tuus ero, my Angel Charmeine,” and fell asleep with her tightly woven in his arms.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Why did this make me feel better?
I don’t know, maybe it was the part where Tabbruis put aside his doubts and fears and just gave himself into the moment of being content and happy with Charmeine.
Maybe, if we all just looked around at our loved ones and was serene in knowing times will be tough, but you will make it through today, tomorrow and always… together.
My love to you all today and always…

Pay it Forward Friday with sizzling Author Madeline Sheehan!

The Undeniable Series…

Stories of undeniable connections that stand the test of time.

Unforgettable moments.

Love and pain and everything in between.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
gfdREVIEW of Undeniable
Wow! I loved this book!! It’s like no other book I have read and when I say I couldn’t put it down.. I mean just that. I started it at 10 pm last night and didn’t stop until it was completely finished. There may or may not have been a lot of caffeine involved but I did not want to go to sleep without knowing their entire story. This story was everything I expected it would be and then so much more. Parts of it I cried, laughed my butt off, or swore! This will be a book I go to again and again. I loved it that much. I am now in full out “book stalker” mode “patiently” awaiting book number two! June 5th cannot get here fast enough! Not just because I want Danny and Ripper’s story but because I want more in regards to Deuce and Eva, Cox and Kami, Cage…. and the list just goes on and on… and on. This series will stay on my shelves and like I said they will easily be my go back to books. READ, because you won’t be disappointed!!!
Book One: Undeniable
UD
Warning: This is not a typical love story. This is an all-consuming, soul-crushing, tear-your-heart-into-pieces story. It’s intense, gritty and raw, dark and disturbing, and it doesn’t happen overnight. This is an epic love story that knows no boundaries and has no time limits. It grows and develops—with hurt, sacrifice, and heartache—over the span of a lifetime.
Eva Fox is the princess of the Silver Demons Motorcycle Club. Growing up with bikers in the club lifestyle is all that she knows. When she’s a young girl, Eva meets the reason for her existence. Deuce West is the sexy, biker bad-ass of the Hell’s Horsemen Motorcycle Club. Like Eva, he was born and raised in the club—but that’s where the similarities end. Their first meeting is innocent, but as Eva matures into a woman, their chance reunions evolve into a fit of lust and love. Fate continues to bring them together time and time again, but their twisted journey is filled with pain, betrayal, and bloodshed that could tear them apart. Eva sees in Deuce what he cannot see in himself—a man worthy of love—and Eva spends her lifetime proving to him that her undeniable love is the one thing he can’t live without.
This is Eva and Deuce’s story.  It wasn’t easy.  Nothing worth doing ever is.  And love is worth everything.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Book Two: UnBeautifully (Release date: June 5, 2013)

UNI don’t believe in fate. I firmly believe that life is what you make of it, that life will react to your actions and that your final destination has nothing to do with destiny but instead everything to do with the choices you make on your way.
With one exception. Love.  There are no rules when it comes to love. Love is not a reaction or an action; it is not a destiny or a choice. Love is a feeling, a real, raw and unscripted emotion so sensationally pure, unable to dull even under the strain of a world against it; strong enough to heal the broken and warm even the coldest of hearts.
Innate.  Unavoidable.  Undeniable.  …and sometimes love is unconventional and it breaks all the rules and blurs all the lines and basks in its glory, shining as bright than the sun, unapologetically glowing even under the narrowed stares of society and its screaming self righteous morals, berating and judging that which it doesn’t understand.

 The Holy Trinity Trilogy…
The continuous story of love and magic and finding your place in a fallen world.

The Soul Mate (Book One)

The Soul Mate
Trinity had an ordinary life. That is, until she barely escaped a worldwide apocalyptic plague that took her loved ones from her and transformed most of humanity into flesh-eating monsters.
Gerik, her savior, a six-foot-four-inch Scandinavian Gypsy, takes her back to his magically protected Gypsy camp where she discovers a whole new way of life that she never knew existed – as well as a whole new set of problems.
Gerik has power over her that she cannot begin to understand, and she is convinced he is using his magic on her. Through her journey of trying to understand her feelings and this new magic-filled life she’s been brought into, she begins an unlikely friendship that grows into having potential to be something more.
While the remaining humans are fighting for their survival, Trinity is fighting a battle of her very own – the right to choose her own destiny.
Is Gerik’s hold on her too strong? Or can new love set her free?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My Soul to Take (Book Two)
My Soul To Take
When Trinity escaped a worldwide apocalyptic plague in the arms of Gerik, a Scandinavian Gypsy, she never imagined they would be soul mates . . . or what that even meant. Xan showed Trinity that love could save her from the seemingly unbreakable ties she had to Gerik . . . or so she thought.
After a brutal attack on camp and being abandoned outside of the wards, Trinity, now possessing her own – and very unstable – magical powers, is left to her own devices surrounded by Skin Eaters and all other dangers of the unknown.
Now, Trinity is alone. Having no idea where her husband, her soul mate, or the Popa Clan are, Trinity is forced to discover her powers on her own.
On a journey full of self-discovery, chance encounters, unwelcome news, and enlightenment, Trinity is fighting for survival in a world where the only thing certain is death.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Lost SoulsBook 2.5 The Lost Souls

Coming May 31, 2013

Tahyra Petros tried desperately to save herself and her sister, and instead ended up forever changed.

Shandor Asenov battled with death, and lost.

Hockey Sava, in a valiant attempt at saving his friends, vanished.

Caroline Andrews lost her brother during a violent attempt at survival and was subsequently left alone in the hands of an uncertain fate.

And, Marko Siwak disappeared in the middle of the night and was never heard from again.
These are the stories of their journeys lost in a world where devastation knows no boundaries, where enemies await them at every turn, and where heartache, loss, and death supersede happiness, peace, and love…and the destiny that awaits them.
