Karen Turner was born in Melbourne, Australia. After leaving school, she commenced a career spanning more than twenty years in the Financial Services Industry which presented the opportunity to work in Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and Australia.

Throughout this time she also managed to indulge her first love – music – and over the years performed with innumerable bands and participated in many musical productions and functions.

In recent years her vocation shifted to writing training and technical documentation and financial new articles.
